I just did an Uber Eats order of 5 sandwiches. Only 4 were in the bag. Three of them were the toasted chicken bacon ranch. One was plain just chicken and bacon and two were regular. They made two plain and didn’t send the third. I have never had a problem before but I probably won’t order again on Uber Eats.

I had a really good experience at Jimmy John’s. The food was fresh, tasty, and just what I was hoping for. The sandwich came out quickly and was made just the way I ordered it. Everything tasted great and the ingredients seemed fresh. The staff was polite and efficient, and the store was clean. Overall, a solid spot for a quick and good meal—I’ll definitely be back!

I came late last night and the service was completely terrible it felt as if I was waiting to order for 15 minutes because the worker was too busy playing on her phone to notice me. Also when I received my sub it barely had meat or the tomatoe that was supposed to be ing my sub. Definitely won’t be coming back again.
