I was dissatisfied with the barbecue pork fried rice. It had huge chunks of onions, but we’re was the pork. I used to get this all the time and it definitely has changed. The egg rolls, they shrunk. Where was the chicken inside the egg rolls? Just lots of cabbage.

Delicious, fast, and affordable! So happy they’ve reopened under new owners. I ordered online, was told an approximate pickup time of 15 mins, arrived a few minutes early, and my food was hot and ready. I got the general taos tofu and it’s delicious. Extremely friendly at the counter as well!

Ordered dinner to go from Ren’s tonight… First off let me say YUM we ordered the pan fried chicken dumplings, beef with broccoli combination platter, chicken egg foo young combination platter (platters come with fried rice and spring roll), and Chinese donuts for dessert. Total was 34.66 which is not too shabby to have seconds left over, maybe even thirds. EVERYTHING WAS SOOO GOOD! So fresh. It was about a 50 minute wait but it was well worth it!

Ordered combination fried rice, wonton soup and beef with pea pods. The rice had little to no taste and a strange after taste that was kind of bitter/burned flavor. Yet the appearance was light and unappealing. The wonton soup was blah yet was visually appealing left us disappointed. The beef with pea pods was also a huge disappointment. It looked and smelled amazing, but was too salty and the beef was not tender at all. Now I realize that chinese restaurants typically use cheaper cuts of beef which is tough but this was beyond that. Sadly I have yet to find a decent chinese restaurant near Sycamore.

This place is amazing I’ve been there at least once a week the last month. Every dish I get is good. I even left an order for way too long all the food still very hot. Check this place out. The beef eggrolls are very good. Never seen that item anywhere else. It’s a thinner wrapper but very good give them I shot.
