What great deals they got. We did the New York style pepperoni pizza they had on sale. I ran in sat for just a moment and my pizza was all set and ready to go. The lady there greeted me the moment I came in smiled and let me know it’d be just a second. Everything turned out perfect. The pizza was crispy and delicious

The pizza was great. Our only issue was the young, rude, dark haired girl complaining about how we customized our order. Her statement was, “I don’t know why people have to order pizza this way”. I guess she doesn’t like making half and half pizzas. The young man behind the counter took over for her and we thanked him.

Went in and employees took orders from the phone and counter and never changed gloves. One girl touched her face and the other her ear. No changing gloves. Gross. Never again

Went in on 5/13/25 to order a couple of pizzas. I came in at 6:18 and went to the counter. The girl asked if I was there to pick up an online order. I told her no I would like to make an order. She told me that they had too many pizzas to make and would not be able to get my order done before they closed at 7pm. She showed me all the tickets that they had to complete, they were busy and had about 5 to 6 tickets. I understand that it was busy, but they still had 40 minutes to complete those orders. I asked her if she was sure she couldn’t take my order and she again said they couldn’t get it done in time and just stared at me. I was really disappointed in the service.

Ordered pizza prior to opening with 3 other couples. So 4 pizzas to pick up at 12:00. Only one is ready. It’s 12:15 and they are not started yet. Others who have ordered a were not informed until paying that the EBT is down and has been for weeks. Not sure what went wrong here.

This is a clean restaurant and the toppings all seemed fresh. The pizza tasted great and I didn’t have to wait too long, as I had called ahead. All in all, fair goods for the dollar. That’s all anyone can ask for.

Madras Papa Murphy’s refuses to honor the Tuesday Any Large Pizza for $12.99 deal. I ordered the same pizza I’ve ordered several times at other Papa Murphy’s locations on a Tuesday, but the Madras staff told me because the pizza I ordered had five toppings, it would cost $29, take it or leave it. I left it. Guess that’s the end of the road for Papa Murphy’s and me.
