I recently visited Starbucks and I had a genuinely eccentric experience. The environment was welcoming, and the staff were attentive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the friendly servicer taking the time to inform me on the hello kitty’s. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I’m glad I stopped by, and I would definitely return. Thank you to the team for making my visit enjoyable.

So. Tell me why I ordered a very simple drink, coming from someone who works at a diff Starbucks, and it took 30 minutes to make even though my app said it was done. My iced drink is lukewarm as if it has been sitting for a while, which it likely has, and the employees are laughing and making lots of noise as if there are 0 customers, when it is pretty busy. This one employee in particular, when I asked if I could… have the drink I paid for… was quite rude and slammed my drink on the counter and ignored me when I said thank you, and I’ve noticed this demeanor from this employee on many accounts when I come to this store. I have learned my lesson about coming here and will be spending my time otherwise.

I was at a Greensboro Starbucks and I had a mobile order that was not close to being ready when I arrived. The drive-thru was very busy so I went in. I had to wait about 5 additional minutes before someone acknowledged me and asked about my order. It took another 5 minutes after that. Meantime, I observed the store which seemed a little unorganized and no attention to small things like dirty tables and the counter. Thank God my coffee was good.

I was sent out the door with this latte that was half whipped cream with not much drink in the bottom. The barista must have known the drink was a fail, yet covered it up with whipped cream to the top to get me out the door. Waste of money.
I reached out to Starbucks c/service since I’m not going back to this store. In so many words I was told that it must be discovered while at the store. Finding out about this hidden drink mess after getting away from the store means I get nothing.

Alex, the manager was quite rude today. My friend waited in line too long for service, no one else was online. When she said “excuse, me” , “can someone help me” he responded give me a moment with no explanation and no regard to the fact she had been waiting. Apparently he was training a new hire. When I inquired about the manager on duty, the new hire acted as though she did not know who the manager was. It was Alex. I informed him we’d be leaving and I’d I’d be making a complaint to corporate.

I had a really disappointing experience at one of your Starbucks locations today. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and politely asked for a large water, the man taking orders responded rudely with, “Is that all you’re gonna get?” and then told me I couldn’t just order water. That was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I wasn’t being rude — I simply needed water to take my medication and had already eaten breakfast elsewhere. It’s frustrating to be spoken to like that over something so small. I expected better customer service from Starbucks, especially since I’ve always been a paying customer. Please address this, because no one should be made to feel disrespected for ordering something simple. I wish the worst karma for that individual .

Poor service and poorly made drink. My matcha latte was really light compared to other locations and I requested, and was charged, for white chocolate cold foam but given regular sweet cream cold foam. If your attitude is gonna suck, at least make the drink correctly. Both can’t be subpar!

I can’t leave an honest review past the atmosphere. They were out of the preferred drink I came for. It is very open and welcoming. I love the cherry top tables along with the big community style desk along the wall.
I can leave an amazing review this time. I highly recommend this location. Super staff. I didn’t catch the baristas name but he was so sweet. I hope they extend hours for baseball season.

My significant other came in to grab a nice warm coffee and use the restroom because she had to. After receiving her drink she asked the workers for the code to the bathroom, they refused to tell her or even respond to her. Very unprofessional.
