Absolutely best service. I accidentally put my order in at the wrong location, they helped me correct the issue. When I placed it for this location, they were overwhelmed by orders. The wait time was pretty extensive but the entire time I watched them try to get orders out and keep an upbeat attitude. When it got to my order, they were so apologetic for the wait even though it was my fault due to the previous mentioned error. They went above and beyond to make it up to me and I felt so bad they got yelled at by another customer.

Writing a review only because I see a ton of bad reviews and have never had a bad experience at this location. I have visited this location approximately 15 times since it has opened.
– Employees have always been professional and respectful.
– Food came as expected with no defects or missing items/ingredients.
– I have only been in the drive thru, but the environment is consistently clean.
– At other locations I have received flat/expired soda. This location’s drinks have always tasted fresh.

Sometimes the food is spot on! Sometimes the food is very overcooked.
I love their chicken nuggets but it’s hit or miss on if they will be overly cooked.
My kiddos like the cheese Quesadilla but we have to ask for it to be extra done so the cheese melts.
The manager is always aware of wait times and making sure she address the customers.
Staff always seems to be in a good mood.

Most of the employees at this facility are very kind to me. I did have a issue the other day where one person‘s DoorDash did not show up on their registry or on their thing and I asked for a manager‘s help and he was kind of snippy and snappy at me, which I didn’t appreciate because I was just trying to find out for the customer kind of why their order was not popping up in the system so other than that, yeah everyone there is very kind to me at all times other than that one man the other night the night of the Christmas parade Saturday night

I asked for help at the kiosk and an employee was reluctant and rude. The same employee became loud and abnoxiuos using profanity out loud toward another employee. Won’t go back for a while. I wanted to enjoy my meal with my family, didn’t want to hear an employee’s profane language.

Very unwelcoming experience. Filthy tables, no one noticed us. We were confused with kiosk, and no one would help. Finally got kiosk to work. Elderly couple came in waiting at the front register looking at workers. They didn’t acknowledge them. My husband said loudly there was no customer service. A woman finally came with an attitude. She looked so put out. She told them the only way to order was kiosk and walked away. WOW. There was over 8 workers near the drive-thru, no one in the drive-thru. They were all talking and not helping anyone. The tables were all filthy, all sauces & napkins near empty. The food was horrible. If you value human interaction and cleanliness, do not visit this location. We will not be back.

Tonight I went and ordered Mexican Pizza and Nachos Grande and specifically ask the drive-tru employee taking my order no beans and extra beef and I guess understood extra beans because it was smothered in beans very disappointed and to top it off I asked for an order of nacho fries and they completely forgot them.

Placed a mobile order and it showed it would be ready at 4:02 pm. Went inside and waited at 4:14 pm got a message it was ready. Still nothing on the togo area wasn’t asked if we needed help or have been helped. Went up to check on it at 4:22 pm and come to find out our order was done before we got in there it was sitting behind the counter. Thanks Taco Bell for your prompt service.
