Order chicken tenders along with 8 wings..GROSS GROSS GROSS. Chicken tenders were not crispy and tasted like freezer. The sauce taste like they mixed spaghetti sauce in it..OK now the wings..when you pulled them apart, you could still see the dough from the flour and the meat was pink at the bone..OK I called wanted my money back nothing was eaten..The manager said there policy is not to give money back and to fix another order…YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING to thing I would trust ordering from there again..YUCK YUCK YUCK

Well Now Let Me Tell You – I’m known for having BBQ where the meat is so tender that it just melts in your mouth. But Uncle John BBQ will make it difficult for me to fire up the grill this summer. When other BBQ places are on the decline and Lems is too far to visit if you live far south, I insure you, you won’t go wrong with Uncle John’s Ribs. As mentioned – the price is fair for the portion you receive. Nicely flavored and did I say tender! No more asking “Where the Meat” and definitely no hard meat to contend with from this place. Environment was clean and a welcoming. Bowling Ally is practically next door so get your Rib Feast on and then Get your Bowling Game On! You may Strike on the bowling lane but you won’t strike out by visiting Uncle John! Time for Seconds – I gotta have just one more rib…….(P.S. Wash your hand good before you start to chow down so you can lick your fingers between each rib 🙂

I’ve been waiting 30 mins so far to make a chicken sandwich. My number was 16 and I watch people come and go with more elaborate orders get their food. It’s up to 21 now and they tell me another 5 mins for my chicken sandwich. The cashier spends more time talking then taking orders or making sure everyone is getting there orders.

I don’t know what place these guys went too, but any time I’m with in 30 mins of the place(I live north chicago) I go there all there food is amazing good. I have had 3 events and had them carter it with tips,hot links,wings, beans, mac and cheese , cobbler. all was so good there was no left overs all three times.

don’t bother with this place! i tried to place a big order and somebody got on the phone and said yeah. the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional from the start. she didn’t even know what time the business opened up tommorrow. she couldn’t answer my questions and passed the phone off to someone else. he was just as bad! now can you imagine them fixing your food? the radio station that advertise for them need to pay attention to who they endorse.
