I just came in for a pick up order. The young man working on 12/8 around 12pm at the register needs better customer service training. The young ladies greeted me when I walked in. He had his back to the register and threw my sandwich at me.

They made the entire wrong sandwich. They were too busy and working too slowly to make it worth my time to try and correct. I ordered a giant Italian, and they made a turkey. It’s wild that for all the meats in an Italian, they managed to give me a meat that isn’t even in the sandwich. It’s a shame I didn’t look at reviews earlier or I would have known this is a common problem. Will never come back to this location

Very unfriendly staff. A young woman was cleaning tables banging chairs around excessively loud, then was slamming trash can on the floor to the point where we were unable to have a conversation . Never said a word to apologize for noise or even a hello. All kinds of yelling and laughing from the back of the kitchen. The roll seemed to be old and hard. Asked for extra mayonnaise, and it was everywhere. Allover top of bred and bottom. Needless to say, it was a terrible mess and negative experience with the staff. I would stop at another sub place rather than come back to this one.

Super friendly staff and the place was VERY clean, which I very much appreciate. Food was delicious, only complaint is you guys might wanna let the cookies cool separately. I got a box of 3 cookies and they were conjoined, I’m assuming because they were stacked hot. Will come again 🙂

This is a good Jersey Mike’s location. The staff in there was talkative and friendly. The subs are consistent with Jersey Mike’s and the #9 is always a winner! The lady working the counter this morning was personable.

I just want to get what I order. I know they will be light on the sauce so I ask for extra sauce… I believe I got less than normal. Last time ordering delivery. In order to get your order correct you need to be at the location. I don’t understand the fail when it comes to the basics. There are many reviews about deliver order issues. Management needs to address delivery quality issues.

This location for whatever reason cannot get the delivery orders correct. You literally have to be in the store to get your order correct. To make matters worse, no one answers the phone to correct the issue. If I have to drive to the store this negates the whole reason I ordered delivery. Ridiculous! Seems like a lack of management. And this is definitely not Mike’s way. (Photo attached)
