Placed my very first order through Door Dash and what a delicious surprise. First order: Fried Whiting, Mash Potatoes, Cabbage and a Soul Roll.
Every bite was so satisfying and delicious. That Soul Roll . I had my grandson try it and he demolished it and then asked where did I get it from and can I get more. So needless to say we jumped in the car headed over. This time we were pleased to receive a side of Yammie Sauce. My grandson tried the Soul Roll and sauce in the car and said how many did we get? How many are you eating! Thank you thank you. We are definitely ordering again soon.

I was at the hospital visiting a family member and a nurse suggested we order from here. I am so glad she did. I called to ask whether they delivered to the hospital and was told they did and also told how to order. They were very kind and pleasant. The food was plentiful and tasty. My mother is elderly, picky and only cook from scratch and she loved her food. You need to try them out and don’t forget your dessert. Thank you for everything.

Ordered through doordash. Very disappointed. I knew it was going to be bad when we received the package and I could already smell the fish. It was old, reheated and extremely tough. Bounty individuals were easier to tear apart than this fish. Tried just eating the collards and yams they weren’t very good either.

My Husband loves Pig Feet . I am soooo happy that we found Aunt Berta’s Kitchen restaurant thru GrubHub . Cooked Pig Feet platters are very hard to find in Philadelphia. We have ordered this platter with two pieces of corn bread for him , more than once . I also enjoy the personalized “Thank You” messages written on the the take out boxes with each order,as well . Please keep this meal on your menu !!!

Not good at all. fish was chewy , Mac , yams , and mash all the sides had no flavor not much seasoning . cabbage just ok . the fried shrimp too much breading / dry . didn’t like my food at all . If I could get my money back I would . ended up giving it away .

No lie I’m loving the food and as I’m writing this I just got my food Lol. But overall will be revisiting here again and plan on going there myself. I just can tell the experience meeting the staff there will be great they even left a thank you note on my container I wish I could’ve gave my Tip to the store then the driver, only because she left my food on someone else steps but the food still being hot and delicious was the makeup

Ordered chitterlings off of Doordash and there were sent out by the cook burnt. I spent $50 on a large order. Very disappointed that they would send out food that’s inedible. Will never order again.
