Pre-ordered for 6:00pm delivery. Pizza arrived at 6:35. I mean you had over 3 hours notice I think 35 minutes is too late.
Obviously pizza was not the least bit hot. The Works pizza was very skimpy on toppings. I mean like 8 black olives, 4 mushrooms on the entire pizza. And I didn’t see any sausage at all.
Is there no training anymore? Do you people think I’ll keep coming back and spending $40 for this crap? Wrong!!!
I hope corporate reads these reviews.
Gave them one more try. Ordered two pizzas for carryout. I arrived 15 min after placing the order assuming I’d be a little early. To my surprise the order was ready. Get home 5 min later. Pizza was cold, hardly any toppings. On one pizza, the little bit of peppers and onions I got, were all on three slices. Literally 5 slices had no toppings. Hardly and sauce or cheese. Tasted like cardboard. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a pizza. I’m done. Ba bye!!

Pizza was bad! I have red meat allergy so always get chicken on my pizza I think there was maybe 6 small pieces on the whole large maybe 1 black olive, one piece pineapple, one green pepper on each piece this was a large ! Cheese was like in spots. I mean yes it was a special and it showed it….I used my papa bucks reward…
Just sad ….
And over 2 inches from around sides nothing but bread!!! I will never order from this location again! I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to anywhere else!

Quality is poor. Boneless wings with sauce just dropped on top. Texture and taste as if they are microwaved. Very underwhelming. Dominos is so much better.

My family order pizza last night from this location and it was delivered. The pepper looked sucked on and was broken. The pizza looked dropped or tampered with. Highly disappointed. I pray the children don’t get sick. Saved it in case we need to take legal matters. We called and requested a refund and nothing was done yet. Submitting a BBB complaint also. What is that on the pizza? We love pizza too but this is not good at all. Very disappointed. I hate giving bad reviews but these pictures should explain it all!

I’m literally picking this pizza apart! It seems as if they used too much dough. I guess they were rushing but such a disappointment since it was for my daughter’s birthday party and I haven’t had Papa John in so long.

This has always been my go to Papa Johns. The staff have always been very friendly, and my orders have always been ready on time. However, lately, something has just been off with their pizzas in terms of quality. Usually, either too little cheese on a pizza, scant toppings, or the pizza just is…dry or feels like it has been sitting out, for some reason even though I know it hasn’t.
Papa Johns used to be seen as a slight upgrade to Domino’s or Pizza Hut. I really liked this place, but the quality of the past few pizzas I’ve ordered from here, have made me wished I chose the Domino’s down the road.

This Papa John’s location ruined my daughter’s 6th birthday party. Absolutely despicable customer service. We called the day before and then confirmed again the day of the party for an order of 10 pizzas. We only had the party location booked for a certain amount of time, but the employee assured us it wouldn’t be an issue during both conversations. We called after the delivery timeframe was up and they had not even started the pizzas! Their only explanation was they “got busy”. No call to let us know, no apology, nothing. To make matters worse the manager was supposed to call us back to give some sort of explanation and never did. Such a terribly run place do not order from here.

Pizza needed more cheese; however it did not affect the quality to much. The young man that took our order, was polite, helpful and professional. We went to the cat to wait and as I was getting out to check on the status, he came around the corner with the order. Excellent service. Highly recommend this location.
