We just love this place. The sushi’s are always fresh and top notch and we have tried other places and the other restaurants don’t compare to here at all. The buffet has a great variety and is always hot.

Went to Shogun Peking Palace on a family visit for dinner. They have hibachi grill dining, sushi bar, and a small buffet. I recommend the hibachi dining, it’s been many many years since I have sat down for a hibachi experience. Very friendly and quaint atmosphere from the staff.
I chose the Arkansas Surf and Turf with the calamari option. The calamari was very good (as depicted in the photos). The menu/prices are also included in the photos. Be sure and visit the Shogun Peking Palace for a cool hibachi experience!

Well, I really hate to give negative reviews, but sometimes it has to be done.
The food was just “okay”. We were disappointed in the small selection, and most of it just wasn’t great. The drinks weren’t great either. We both had sweet tea but traded them for Coke & Sprite, but they were both watered down. My husband said he could tell that they probably fry the food in peanut oil because it tasted like meat and peanut butter to him. The ice cream machine was also out of order, and the place smelled like an old school bathroom. Yuck! Just over all a big let down, so we likely won’t be back.
On a positive note though, the servers were VERY attentive and friendly! I’d give those ladies 5 stars!

Love this place. We get take out at least twice a month. Sweet and sour chicken and some sushi rolls always good. And the egg rolls are the classic big ones.

We ate here today. The place was clean, the service was good, but I had to take some stars off because the buffet was bare, dry, and there were only a few pieces of sushi. We ate our meals and waited for them to replenish the buffet sushi but it never happened. A real let down because the sushi that was out was decent. The Lo mein noodles tasted like soap also, not good. Still looking for a decent sushi house/ buffet in Ft. Smith. Haven’t found one yet, amd we will not be back to Shogun Peking for sure. I can say the place was fairly clean though.

The food was not very good overall, but the service was great. Egg drop soup was the only thing that tasted good. Sushi was okay. The hibachi steak meal was disappointing. The steak was suppose to be cooked to medium, but was well done except for big chunks of fat. The veggies tasted like something burned. Rice was just okay. Beer wasn’t cold. Dumplings were slimy. First time here in years. Not sure if it’s gone downhill or always been this bad, but don’t recommend at all.

Everything I got was worth the price and was of very good quality. Our waiter was awesome and the choices of both sushi and Chinese food was amazing. From the Sweet and Sour soup to the Hotpot, and even the quality of sashimi were absolutely amazing.
Pricing is pretty standard and I felt I got everything I paid for. Some places do Sushi well. Some do Chinese food well. This place, does both very well. I was impressed.
Worth every dollar I spent here.
