Love it. Last of the few long John’s remaining. Sometimes the order gets mixed up but otherwise a great eating experience if you like wonderfully fried chicken and fish. The KFC side is cool too I guess.

Went thru the drive thru ordered a fish and shrimp platter.once we got home and I started eatingI realized that the batter was not completely cooked !
I called to let them know and the manager on duty @3 pm on January 7th ask me to return the plate for them to inspect it stead of getting an apology for the inconvenience .
I was already home. There was no way I was going back so I just trashed the food.
Terrible way to resolve a simple issue!
Not going back and I will advise all to check your fish and make sure it’s fully cooked prior to leaving their premises.

Foods pretty good most days. Sometimes they don’t fry their fish or chicken long enough and the batter is still gooey on the inside and their yellow not golden. When specific people aren’t working the rest off the crew seem to slack big time in cleaning and being nice.
Please order some more black pepper? It’s been out for like almost 2 weeks. Need it on the potatoes and gravy or they just taste like watered down.

Haven’t ever had the long johns since I was a kid but the kfc is really good. Spicy chicken is our fave along with the famous bowl

Went through the drive thru and the worker told me she’d be with me in just a moment. Waited almost 10 minutes before we said “hello?” Worker said “oh are you ready to order?” She must’ve forgot we were there. By then 2 more cars were behind us and no one was ahead or us. Worker was very nonchalant chit chatting with another girl when we got to the window. Asked if we needed sauce all to not put anything in our bags. Don’t recommend this location.

Not to bad on the prices for 1 or 2 people but if you order the family meals things can get pricey. The food was cooked well. The crispy chicken was how I hoped it would be and the drive thru employee she was polite had a good attitude.

We love the fish at LJS. BUT, tonight it was not good, overcooked, sat out too long under heat lamps, may have been refried. The fish was very chewy and “dry”, while the breading was more than crispy, it was hard, hurt to chew. Very oily, like dripping oil. They were out of fries. Ordered extra tartar sauce, recieved less than one pack per fish. We were very disappointed.

As long as you don’t go at night, you should be able to get fresh food. I was extremely disappointed that I got some really old rubbery shrimp and my chicken tasted old as well. They replaced the shrimp for me and made the effort to make it right. Staff was friendly and it was clean.

I love the food, and normally have no complaints. I have a pretty big one today. I don’t know who’s in charge of deveining the shrimp, but they are not very good at it. NOBODY WANTS TO EAT THE POOP SAC OF THE SHRIMP! I had 10. Some were, and some weren’t deveined. Do better.

Literally just came through and ordered from both KFC and Long John’s. Last time we had an issue where all the food was stale and cold. This time we specifically asked for our food to be made fresh. Well we got home and sure enough the chicken strips from KFC were stale, and the chicken from Long John’s was soggy! Only issues we’ve every had with our food was from this location only!
