The staff at this. Dunkin’ Donuts was talking shit about a customer very loudly very disrespectfully in front of me and two other customers. It must’ve been an online order because when the lady came in, they stopped talking and then when she walked out, they continue talking. I don’t usually complain about service being bad because I know that people can get stressed out. I know I have been there, but to be blatantly disrespectful and a bully in front of everyone so loudly, I just felt like that was too much And on top of it, my coffee is disgusting. It taste burnt with no flavor at all.

In my 30 years of going to various dunkin donuts, this was the first time they refused to warm up the milk for my coffee. The girl at the register asked another lady which appeared to be her senior and they both said no. They said they can only heat the milk if I get a latte. I always ask for and get hot milk with my coffee at every dunking donuts, including this very dunking donuts numerous times when other staff have been there. Adding cold milk makes the coffee barely warm, and I like my coffee hot, like most people. This was this morning, March 22nd 2024, around 10:45 am.

Exceptionally rude staff. Tried to order a latte. Was told the espresso machine was being cleaned, but when I asked how long the wait would be, the girl cleaning it rudely said she couldn’t just stop the cleaning process and wouldn’t say how long it would be and rolled her eyes.

Just visited here at 5am the girl was very nice and accurate with my order.. Coffee she made was on point n delicious and service was very good. One of the better dunks around for sure. There is no drive thru but owell i would rather know my coffee is going to be what i wanted

It’s a dunkin donuts. They have thin brown water that they try to pass off as coffee and a good selection of flashy colored donuts if you get there in the morning. On a side note, the chain discontinued my all time favorite donut a while ago, the chocolate creme. I was disappointed but I got over it. The restrooms were clean enough to pee in and their service was good.

The staff is friendly and the donuts are fresh. The eating area is minimal. It’s clearly designed to be a “stop on your way to work” type of place.
Parking is a little tight.

Nothing bad to say. Another Dunkins I guess. Clerk smiled and have good effort. Coffee and bagel sandwich was good. Didn’t have my kind of bagel, twice. But that’s ok. What I got was good so I’ll give em 4.
