The allure of Lola 41 is immediate. We were fortunate to visit on a stunning day, allowing the restaurant’s prime waterside setting to shine. The ambiance here isn’t merely pleasant; it’s a vibrant, sophisticated energy that perfectly complements the picturesque view, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely meal.
To begin, the White Elephant cocktail was truly the star of the beverage menu. It was a masterclass in mixology—bright, complex, and flawlessly executed, setting a high standard for the meal to follow.
My choice of the beet salad proved that the kitchen is as focused on aesthetics as it is on flavor. The dish was plated beautifully, arranged with an artistic sensibility that transformed humble ingredients into a visual delight. Pro Chef here- I’ve been to Nantucket 3 times now, and in my opinion Lola is the best restaurant Nantucket has to offer. Has been spot on every-time. Order a Last Word, the Steak Frites, and thank me later.

Bustling hip restaurant. It was early too and the place was packed out on Friday night so make sure you have reservations! Interesting twist on restaurant name and menu and food selection. All in party were super happy with food quality and drinks. The sushi was amazing btw.

Very disappointing experience. After the meal, the manager repeatedly pressured me about why I didn’t leave a tip and spoke in a pushy, disrespectful tone. When I declined to explain, the manager asked me to leave in front of other customers, which was humiliating and extremely unprofessional. The situation felt insulting and left a very negative impression.

The waiter was super nice and the service was really great, and the pace of the dishes was not too slow but not too fast. The best dish that we ordered were the crab rangoons because they were creamy, crispy, and you could taste pieces of crab inside. All the sushi was great, and you could tell that the fish was really fresh and there were a lot of wonderful details. The maruko was our favorite. We also really liked the tuna tartare because of the crispy rice and the cucumbers. The tres leches cake was a 9/10, and there was a lot of different texture. Overall Lola 41 was a 8.8/10 .

This was a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. In total, I had 2 drinks, the Aphrodite Martini, which was fruity, salty, and spicy, a surprisingly delicious combination. My second drink was the Tigger, which was a very simple drink of tequila honey and lemon, but very well balanced and refreshing.
I ordered the Stuffed Avocado special, which was a reasonable serving for a main dish, and the Greenlight roll, which perfectly balanced the natural briney flavor of the yellowtail with apple and kiwi.
This was hands down, some of the highest quality service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant, with Quinn my server who was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area, as well as another man who’s name I did not catch who did not allow my water glass to be less than a quarter full. The food came out quick and prepared perfectly.
Best dining experience on the island, I couldn’t find a fault even if I wanted to.

Had a reservation for dinner here. Had no problem getting a table, as it was the last weekend before the season. The ambiance was nice and on the dark side inside that forced the use of the candlelight at the tables.
Ended up with a really nice server. No issues with her at all, but the food was a let down.
We had ordered the chicken lettuce cups, but they never came. I don’t attribute this to our server, but at the end of the day, the entrees had enough food to not need this.
We ended up getting the grilled salmon lo mein (water chestnuts, snoew peas, broccoli, carrot, bell pepper and sorrel) and the lola burger (cabot cheddar, red onion compote, foie gras sauce on an english muffin). The burger did come with thick shoestring fries.
Food was a little bit of a let down. The grilled salmon itself was pretty good but the lo mein was just okay. Not overly flavorful and unrememberable. The burger was also just okay. The fries were not good. Half soggy and way too salty.
We did let the server know about the missing lettuce cups and she took care of it no problem. Very disappointing for a high-end restaurant. This was the least-liked food of the trip.

The food was amazing. We got the Tuna Poke Nachos- bursting with flavor! We also got a few sushi rolls, fresh and delicious. The cocktails were very good as well.
