I am a self made Chef with college level culinary experience, however you gotta be in a ccoking environment to know how things are done. I’m always exceling and I push myslef to have satisfactory service to all my cucustomers. If you have a event you want Twist Skillit to participate in please know that Monday-Thursday has a truck fee of 250.00 Fri-Sun. Is 350.00 for any event. The fee can be waived or reduced if there is a guaranteed minimum that can be agreed and assured. For catering please know that there is a truck fee to come do a catering!

We look forward to dining again and would like to share a few captures from yesterday’s event hosted by Pedal Pub Columbus for Delta Data’s event. The chicken was great and flavorful! The rice alone could be eaten as a meal, seasoned well and loaded with veggies! Cant wait to try out more menu options soon! Shout out to the owner Jerome. If you spot Twist Skillet definitely give them a try 14/10!

I love how much food they loaded in your plate, definitely worth the $. Sadly, they ran out of Mac & cheese, also the beans. So I left with coleslaw and fries, but the coleslaw was so flavorful, definitely will get this as my side next time too. The bbq chicken was perfect, it has a smoky flavor to it. As for the ribs, not sure because I got the last bit of their ribs, it was a bit dry for me, like it’s over grilled. They are tiny sized ribs, more like rib tips, probably why it got dried up. But the tangy bbq sauce was so good! I will definitely come back and give the ribs another try cause I saw them on someone else’s review photo, the size is the regular rib size.

The food was exceptional. The salmon was perfectly seasoned topped with a grilled pineapple slice and the fried rice paired it off well. The shrimps we’re well seasoned and cooked to perfection as well. The customer service was a 10, the presentation was a 10, and the taste was a 10. I will definitely be visiting again if i’m ever in the area again.

Reading reviews about this business on Google really doesn’t do this place justice. I was undeniably pleased with their hospitality and patience. I showed up thinking I knew exactly what I wanted which quickly changed to “yeah .. can I just get one order of everything”. Stop in and let them decide your meal. That’s what I did, and this is now in my top 3 favorite places for food and conversation.

Amazing amazing amazing!! Idk how else to describe it. I ordered the grilled salmon and shrimp, which comes with rice and vegetables, and everything was full of flavor and cooked to perfection!! Customer service was top notch, even coming to my car to tell me my food was ready!! I will definitely make this my go to spot for food. If you haven’t tried this spot I suggest you do!!

Customer service was awesome and I called about 7pm. He was friendly and patient. I found him online looking for food in Columbus. The food is so good. My daughter and I really enjoyed everything. I don’t eat coleslaw but I tried my daughter’s and it was so good. Perfect for a chilli dog lol.

Went today for the first time. I had grilled chicken with rice, it was absolutely delicious. So many flavors and peppers . My bf had shrimp and grits, it looked amazing to me and he said it was amazing. He also stated when he has to work in that area this will be his new lunch spot. Will be back.

We tried these guys out at Havana Night Cigars 1 year anniversary and, unfortunately, this is the only picture I got. This is a picture of my girlfriend’s philly after she had already eaten most of the fries. I would have taken a picture of mine, but I couldn’t stop eating it. I’ve got to say that besides being incredibly cool, accommodating, and hilarious, these people are putting out quality food. My girlfriend said this was the best Philly she’s ever had and my cheeseburger was perfectly cooked and comforting to the point where I felt like this was a home-grilled meal. AND THE FRIES, DUDE. Some of the best fries around. Finally, someone knows how to season their food!!! I cannot wait to see y’all again – I’m about to try everything on the menu.

Found the truck randomly driving past and making the U-Turn to come back did not disappoint. The catfish was super flavorful and as you see I demolished it! Will definitely be back to try the salmon and shrimp rice soon!

This food is so good I don’t feel like I can do it justice with a review. The flavors and touch this man put into these this grits and shrimp was humbling. He earned the right to call himself chef. It was on another level, and yes that is real cheese dripping on my pants in the picture. Shout out Chef Lawson, it great meeting you brother✌
