I order coffee from many different Starbucks locations, but this one has been consistently disappointing. I’ve been here three times, and each time the drinks tasted bland and off, nothing like what they’re supposed to taste like. Even something as simple as a caramel frappuccino didn’t taste right and was noticeably different from other locations. Quality and consistency definitely need improvement here.

I was looking for some matcha and this was close by. The new recipe was out and new tops also.
The matcha latte with whole milk, honey for sweetener was good. I like the new flavor profile overall. It was the perfect temperature and the new tops needs some getting used to but a welcome addition to the coffee routine.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Service was fine, but I ordered a banana bread matcha and was already 10 minutes in on my way home when I took a sip and realized that not only was there no brown sugar in the drink itself, the foam barely even tasted like banana and was.. watered down? Somehow? It was like taking a sip of snot with a hint of banana flavoring. Idk if it’s some new hire not knowing the recipe or something but.. yikes

This Starbucks is very busy. Great location with plenty of parking. The Staff is very friendly and fast to serve you. There isn’t a Drive-through but the quick when you walk in. Enjoy your coffee and treats inside or outside. This is a must try Starbucks.

I would not recommend this Starbucks if you’re tired, hungry, and just getting out of night classes after working all day. This should be the kind of place where you can grab a quick bite or coffee to recharge, but unfortunately the employees here are not friendly at all. Instead of making my night easier, the attitude and service only made it worse. When I asked for a simple tea with no mint, I was made to feel like I was being difficult, and it left me uneasy about how my order was handled. If you’re looking for a place that’s welcoming and understands what good customer service is, this isn’t it.

I arrived 10 minutes before the lobby is closed. The stated time that it closes. But, the door was locked, and then I noticed another sign saying the drive through was still open. Why they couldnt just sell me a cup of coffee inside where they were selling coffee to people outside, I don’t know. Me, having just got off work, decided I would walk around to the drive through window. Thinking that this was the magical place they could still sell coffee. But, could the sell me a cup? No. The truck behind me, of course!
The worst part is, I am a regular at this store. I am always polite, patient, and kind . But at the end of a long night, when the store is obviously still operating, I am going to be discriminated against because I do not have a car? I just wanted a coffee. And I was on time. So, I just don’t get it. Highly disappointed. I will be contacting corporate about it. Just at least to get clarification.

Isaac mansplained me and tried to tell me nonfat milk and skim milk are not the same thing (they are) while he proceeded to argue with me twice claiming skim milk is different than nonfat. Had to tell him my order twice, and it still came out wrong. On top of that I clearly ordered a bottle of water, which he repeated, but they didn’t give it to me. Manager Drew told me I should have specified that it was bottled water, which I had. No effort to comp my beverage or do literally anything at all to make up for their incompetence. Lady behind me honking at me and making angry faces at me as if this were my fault. Now I remember why I never go to Starbucks.
