Lady that took my order was super rude. Took my order told me what do you want? I ordered pulled up to the window took my card said it so quick I couldn’t understand. So I asked her I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you. for I have bad hearing and have to wear hearing aids. She then rudely responded go up front and park. Definitely sounded like she didn’t want to be there. No one was in line and no one was inside the building. I know it was late but I’ve been working all day and you guys close @ 11pm super and super close to where I live. Felt like I was inconveniencing her. I’ve liked the food since I was a kid. I’m just never going to go to this location ever again when this is how people get treated. Customer service is out the door

Their customer service is horrible. After I ordered I had waited 15 min, I was first in line. I was then told it would be another 15 min, their cooker was having issues and asked to go around front. I said no thanks and got my money back and then was told I would have to give the drinks back that we had already started drinking. This wasn’t the only time we had problems—always a messed up order

I had been to this A&W before and had my AAA discount before. This day they refused and were even rude. They also forgot one of the hamburgers that I ordered and I had to return to get it. The onion rings were so crispy and dry they were hard to eat. The floats were only 3/4 full. Totally a disappointment. The first time I had been there it was amazing so Sadie to see it go down hill.

I have always had a great experience at this location. I absolutely adore the manager Luis. I have many years experience with customer service so I am picky. I am impressed. It’s clean inside and out. Everyone is so friendly and quick to make sure your needs are met. We order the Famous Bowl and always get a root beer float. The food is just yummy. Thank you. You’ve earned a customer for life. What a team.

Went through the drive thru and we ordered a plain cheeseburger kids meal, the employee asked if we wanted fries, we said yes. We also ordered cheese curds and onion rings. We paid then had to go wait out front, which was not a big deal. Got our food and I always check to make sure we got everything. They forgot the fries and prize for the kids meal. I went in and explained what happened and the guy looked confused. He said it didn’t come with fries or a prize. I showed him the menu board where it stated it come with fries or applesauce and a special prize. He hesitated and went to the back to ask. They put in for the fries but he was confused again about the prize. Usually A&W will have a free kid ice cream cone that comes with the kids meal. Again not a big deal about the prize but the supervisor was also confused and said they don’t have prizes on kfc stickers. I seemed weird the supervisor didn’t have a clue about anything and how to help customers. But also the lack of customer service and willingness to make it right was not there. I will NEVER be going back to that A&W /KFC again. And highly recommend anyone else check your order before you leave the parking lot. Plus they didn’t give us a receipt or offer it.

Yep it was pretty good taste just like chicken, KFC has always been good I got the original recipe was a bit too salty though mashed potatoes tasted real the gravy seems like it’s some kind of colored substance with cornstarch.
Went through the drive-thru good people and good food.
Oh yeah and don’t forget the 10% senior discount, yummm
I didn’t even know the discount existed but they just gave it to me because I was old looking that was nice

They never ever ever answer their phone when they mess up on an order it’s almost impossible to get a replace because they do not answer their phone their food is rarely fresh especially the fries every time I order a Papa Burger they put spicy sauce on it and then don’t answer their phone for me to fix it and get the meal replaced. Hopefully there’s not an automated response to this and it’s actually authentic. That’ll be more than happy to take this down and give them five stars if they want to make things right.

Food was decent, but don’t expect to park near the entrance, even if it’s raining. We were the only customers but the employees all had their cars lined up by the door. Parking is dicey at best, but customers have to park in distant spaces and make their way past all the employees’ cars.

I just went through the drive thru to get a large Rootbeer which is $2.89 according to the Menu board. The workers tried charging me $3.18. When I tried to explain thats not what the menu said they got mad and basically through the soda at me. I will never return to this location due to the disrespect.
