How shiz niz. One of the best hoagies I’ve ever laid my teeth into. The inside’s just a basic run of the mill corner store, but the magic is in the deli. Even had some delicious sweet pickles to add on.

I have to admit, I kept my expectations in check when I saw the uninspired exterior of the building and slightly wilted quality to the neighborhood aesthetic, but this was a classic case of a building not being fancy, but the food inside is great. Hands-down, this one of the best deli sandwiches I have ever had. The store owners are also the deli chefs, and the simple salami and provolone sandwich I had was very fresh, tasty, and a remarkable value at only $6. The owners were friendly, kind, and clearly popular among their neighborhood customers, with a cozy, familiar vibe inside the store. If you’re in Wilmington, DE and craving a sandwich, I recommend you give Concord Deli a try, it’s worth the stop!

This place was highly recommended by some friends in the area. I also would recommend it. It was my first time in, and I was confused about the ordering process – there’s a roll of printed out paper that you circle your choices on for meat, bread, toppings, etc. I got a large Italian with provolone and various veggie toppings. It was HUGE. And, very, very good they use amorosos rolls. I will be coming back here for hoagies til I die of heart disease.

Mimi called me by name today and it made me smile after having a tough day. To be treated like a person means a lot. Not to mention the best hoagies in Delaware hands down. Something about that hot pepper spread and oil that just gives me life! They stay crowded because that’s how good their subs are. But I’ve never waited more than 15mins. Thank you for being so kind. To anyone with a sub craving give them a try you’ll never look back.

This is a family oriented business. Always friendly and welcoming. Concord Deli has whatever you may need and if you don’t find it, just ask and Miss D or Mr Nam will be sure to stock it for you which helps ensure a return visit. For sandwiches and/or platters, fruit, produce, salads, you won’t do better than this.They’re a great family store and you can call ahead with your order. Concord Deli caters to the neighbors and many businesses all around the city and gotten awards and voted best in neighborhood along with recognition for doing such an exceptional job. Highly recommended !!
