Food is not great but it’s convenient. Having celiac disease they’re not a lot of options out there. This restaurant happens to have a gluten-free crust. They also have a cauliflower crust. The two are very different. The cauliflower crust has no flavor. The gluten-free crust is actually good. Just ordered a pie, asked specifically for the gluten-free crust. The kid on the phone promised me that’s what he would make. Gluten-free pie with pesto and Mozzarella. When I got home, I found out it was the cauliflower crust. There barely any Pesto. So in essence, I got a rubber pie with mozzarella cheese and barely any topping. I’ve been going to this place since before these owners were here and the owners before them and the owners before them, but I won’t be going anymore!

I’d give no stars but then I cannot post my review!!!
I have ordered from this place so many times, and have never been disappointed. However, according to the description on the menu the BLT wrap is “overstuffed” with bacon.
Clearly there is no bacon as you can see in the pictures. Then when I call to inquire I am told by the manager who was rude and condescending “well you ordered it without tomato, so clearly it’s not stuffed”. Then he tells me about the pork shortage, so instead of explaining to customers that the meals may be a bit skimpy they send 2 strips of bacon and lettuce in a wrap for $8.50! And then have the nerve to be angry as to why I’m inquiring, and talk to me in a derogatory manner!!

This was my first time getting pizza from this location. We came to NewYork for a wedding and came in late last night and needed to try New York style pizza. I got a cheese pizza with sausage, mushroom and onions. The pizza came to our hotel room within 45min and it was through Grubhub. The food was good and pizza looked great. The cheese as delicious and the toppings were amazing. I should’ve gotten more/Extra sauce on. Overall it was great!

Valley pizza is horrible! Do not waste your money. The food is disgusting and so is the service. I ordered a simple pie and garlic knots. The pizza was a mess and the garlic knots were burnt and hard as a rock. When I called to complain the owner wouldn’t even get on the phone with me. Instead, he could be heard in the background yelling “there’s nothing I can do about”. Good thing I can do something about it! I’m never going back and neither should you. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Ordered a large Greek salad for pickup. Got it on my way home to eat during a game that started at 7. Got home and found there was no dressing. I called and they told me their delivery guy wouldn’t be able to come anytime soon so I had to drive back to get my dressing and missed the first ten minutes of the game. These things happen but I would expect some gesture for my time and having to drive back. When I got home with the dressing and opened the salad it was lettuce and some feta cheese and two cucumber slices. No onion, no peppers, no grape leaves (which it usually comes with). Called back and asked for a refund and no one came. Called back and was told to bring back the salad for a refund. At this point, it was 8 pm and I had eaten the salad because I needed dinner. She implied that I was lying about the missing ingredients and when I asked if they were going to do anything she said “we don’t do that here.” I was trying this place again after one other time where they literally got everything in our order wrong and I had to go back and fix it all and, again, no gesture for the time and energy and driving. There are plenty of pizza places around. I would suggest going anywhere but here.
*update: Was forced to visit a third time when a friend insisted we grab lunch there. This time they initially gave our food to someone else and we only found out when I went and asked the why it was taking so long (we were the only ones seated in the restaurant). After another wait they finally brought the food and gave me the wrong order. Again, no apology. No accountability. The woman managing just kept complaining. Three attempts and three bizarrely awful experiences and I’m honestly not that picky and very understanding. Check my other reviews. This place is the worst. Highly recommend going anywhere else and if you have the time to go 5 minutes to Nyack I’ve been eating at Tarantella for years and never had a single issue. I won’t miss Valley Cottage.

I was lied to.. I was told that my side that I wanted can substitute it with what come with the egg plant parm dinner which is twenty dollars…I was charged for the broccoli rabe My wife ordered linguine with white clams sauce…no linguine dish was disgusted… Never going to order from there again….their cooks are horrible And there’s no manager there or the owner on a Friday night …since was told to me who took my order. Never never again

If you haven’t eaten here yet you are definitely missing out, chef Tom’s food is absolutely incredible, and I’m not just talking about one thing it’s everything ask about his sliders and definitely try the pizza. The eggplant parmesan is to die for.

Oh man let me tell you my guy Carlos did not disappoint. I’m from Fayetteville NC and pizza back home can not compare to the meat lovers I got here. It was hot and fresh and the crust was crispy yet chewy at the same time idk how the hell that’s possible….lol thank you guys at valley for the great experience. Will definitely be returning before my stay is over.

Inconsistent. Some days, they are hands down the best pizza in the area, and some days they’re close to the worst. Today is the latter. By the time I got home (1.2 miles), the massive amount of soupy cheese (on top of the floppy crust) had all slid off and onto one side of the box.

They use a 3rd party delivery service when it comes to Uber eats. I eat there a lot but this was my last time. I lost 40 in the past because the food was never delivered. Both parties claim to not be able to contact the driver. When I order from Uber I get an additional text from a 862 number. I ordered again tonight the food was never delivered. Another 40 dollars lost that makes 80. I give the valley pizza a 0 stars for not answering the phone even though my number shows up and blowing me off. I spend a lot they do not care. Never again. Do not order using Uber eats sometimes it works sometimes you get screwed. The store will not help you
