The Sheldon Road location has been killing it lately. All of the food has been on point: tenders were crispy, burger was fresh and well seasoned, and the chili was great as usual. This stuff tasted like Wendy herself made it.

Cold Garbage, service and food. 4:30p Friday Feb 13. No customers inside or drive thru. Ordered on the app, but at the drive thru took a long time for a live person. Then sat at window, I could see 3 dudes laughing and playing around. Window opens not a word and stone face drinks, not a word and mean look food. They forgot something, so I stayed at the window, no response despite looking at me. Honked my horn, window open no words, I tell him what I needed still. Left every item of food was cold and soggy, flat pop…All inedible. Not all wendys are like this one. No more cold garbage service and food.

This Wendy’s might have the worst customer of any fast food spot I’ve visited. Unfortunately it’s close to my house. I left this review while waiting in the drive thru line. It’s insanely slow. And I’m pretty sure that have processed my mobile orders for themselves, then claimed they didn’t have it. Amex refunds me everytime.

So me and my dad went went in to Oder food I get to the register and start to order and I asked if she had any chill she looked at me like she was all zombied out on some drug and I asked for mg cookie and she is talking so low and I asked her what did you say hun I couldn’t hear you and she didn’t reply and handed me my cookie also to top it off my food was tossed in the bag my chilli was laying on its side and i seen my dad go to order and she is all happy to go lucky like she was flirting with Every man that was coming in and giving them respect but for the women she didn’t care for!!! Wish I got her name I would put her on blast rn they deserve no stars at all I would take that place down if I was the owner

It was hard to hear the drive thru attendant over the loud hum of the equipment. Attendant was curt, but got my order right. The wait was about 15 mins. My food was hot and good. Missing the normal Wendy’s hospitality at this location. I thanked the woman for my food and wished her a good day. No response. This location could benefit from some basic hospitality training or retraining. My business is hospitality and I train and expect just a simple hello, speaking kindly and saying thank you and have a nice day to my clients. It’s that hard to be nice.

Worst experience we have ever had at a Wendy’s. The staff was rude and gave us attitude when we asked for the correct drink that we had ordered with our sons lunch. They were visibly annoyed that they had to make coffee, stating that “breakfast was over”. Mind you it was barely noon on a Sunday. While we were eating the manager locked the doors so no one else could entered the lobby, several people tried to come in and get lunch and ended up leaving. Another customer let someone in and the manager came out to make sure the doors were locked and said to all the customers sitting and eating “don’t open my doors again”. This was an awful experience and we couldn’t get out fast enough but we had to wait for the coffee we ordered. On top of all that the entire floor was sticky and in the women’s bathroom there was a toilet brush and plunger laying on the floor in the stall.

Came through during lunch the wait wasn’t long at all faster then I expected I was in and out I’m glad to see this location has improved with speed and food was hot as well i definitely will be back to try the new snickerdoodle frosty !
