Good service and convenient in the hotel. Food is decent, but seems low for the standard I would expect from DoubleTree. Bar is open late and the staff is generally attentive and helpful. Would suggest an upgrade to the food quality and menu.

Great little bar inside and there is food service as well.
Not sure about the food just went for drinks, others were eating so could not be too bad I suppose.

I think the bar was nicely decorated, however the food quality has room for improvement vegetables were not cooked and steak was low quality and cooked wrong and its very over priced. Our waiter was clumsy and not engaged with us. Overall, underwhelming.

We were told misinformation today on CHRISTMAS of all days that the bar was buy one drink, get one app for free. We get to the bar and get charged. Though is was misinformation from the front desk of the hotel, the restaurant general manager, Delroy refused to honor what we were told and sent me back to the front desk for further assistance when in all honesty, he could have taken responsibility at the establishment he manages. I will be contacting his manager Mohomed tomorrow to see if some resolution can be reached. But it should never take this much when we were given wrong info

Could really be a great place. Could have a nice atmosphere if touched up a bit. The evening crew was great, but the breakfast servers are fully absent. Night crew deserves 5 stars but breakfast is a 2 star at best. Order got made completely wrong, never got checked up on even when trying to pay the bill. Everyone loves an almost empty cold cup of coffee right? Just a couple times for a warm up please. I don’t like giving 3 stars, but the place needs better morning management at minimum. And replace the toaster, it is worn out for goodness sake.
