Don’t waste your time, give your money to a pizza place that care about the food they give you and their clients. The manager is outrageously rude, other reviews will say the same.
I don’t know when you box this pizza that you think it is acceptable for a customer. Try giving that to a child that wants cheese pizza….it’s just bread! Today 6/24/2023 this is the pizza I received. I called the Papa Johns back to politely let them know. The lady that answered the phone was kind.
The manager, I honestly don’t know how he is one or what he thinks customer service is. At first it was like he didn’t believe me. He never apologized or seems to care. He simply said “I can give you a credit or a remake.” I said just remake it so I can get pizza to my kid and he said “well that will take 40 minutes”
A simple sorry and trying your best to make things right can go really far. Having staff make sure the pizza looks properly before leaving to be delivered can help. Hopefully you treat your staff nicer than your clients…

Genuinely, it was a misunderstanding but I guess me standing there for 3-5 minutes in silence while making eye contact with two of the employees, wasn’t hint enough that I didn’t hear you ask me “Hi, how are you doing? How can we help you?”
After standing there, having not heard anyone, I let them know sternly that I was there to pick-up an order, as I was frustrated and confused that I hadn’t been helped yet. Only for one employee to say “I asked you earlier, how we could help you.” I then said “oh, you did? I’m here to pick up an order.” I was then handed my order and I left.
Just saying, no one stands inside of Papa John’s for free heating (y’all were wearing hoodies, so it was chilly in there anyways). Either you’re there to order or pick-up, next time just ask again.

I placed a no-contact delivery order as I always do, and while tracking it in the app, the driver was shown as one minute away before disappearing. I never received my order. When I called the store, I was repeatedly told it had already been delivered, then left on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told the same thing again. When I spoke to the manager, Morgan, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and offered no solution. Instead of apologizing or replacing my food, I had to demand a refund myself.
This is unacceptable. The driver clearly delivered my order to the wrong address, and Morgan failed to provide any customer service, making me feel as though I was the one at fault. As a loyal customer who has spent significant money with Papa John’s, I am outraged at this treatment. I want a formal complaint filed against both the driver and Morgan for their incompetence and lack of professionalism, and I expect accountability and a response.

The tall black gentleman who wore white hoodie on December 27 behaved so badly wit me. Please and please talk to him about that and tell them how to treat with customer. You can check the camera I did not do anything wrong or did not told him anything bad

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from a Papa John’s associate. He demonstrated a severe lack of customer service skills, were consistently rude, and showed discriminatory behavior. The situation escalated to an obscene gesture outside the restaurant. I hope Papa John’s addresses this issue to ensure respectful service for all customers.

I have always had a good experience with this Papa John’s location. The food is always well put together and fresh, the service is always friendly, accommodating, and prompt. I enjoy ordering from here and will continue to do so in the future.

Worst Papa John’s ever. Their customer service representative messed up my order, and even after reassuring me it would be fine, they refused to fix it. Management was extremely rude on top of that. Do not go here. I’d give 0 stars if I could !

Went there during store hours, in the middle of the day. Door was locked for some reason and they were just hanging out inside. Knocked on the door repeatedly, and they refused to answer it. They saw me, but turned away. Save your money, there are better pizza places.
