The food was not bad.
However, they put the food aside without letting me know. I was patiently sitting on the seat and waiting for my food. I asked if the food is ready after waited for 20mins, turned out the food was ready since long and it was sitting at the side.

All Oil, No Flavor – What Happened Here?
We were really looking forward to the Thai Style Vegan Box—it’s been a favorite of ours after having an incredible version at a Noodlebox in Alberta. But this location? Total flop.
The dish was drenched in oil, completely lacking the rich, bold Thai flavors it’s supposed to have. It was so greasy and bland it was honestly inedible—we couldn’t even finish it. It felt like someone skipped the seasoning and just dumped noodles in a pan of oil.
The only saving grace? The staff were friendly and fast, so props to them. But fast service doesn’t mean much when the food is this bad. Super disappointed, especially since we know how good this dish can be. Step it up, Noodlebox—this isn’t it.

Used to get boxes here regularly. The ginger beef, teriyaki, yangzhou were good BUT quality has seriously dropped in the last year. Tonight’s Thai Style Chow Mein was just a box of greasy noodles drenched in soy sauce. Peppers? Broccoli? Sprouts? None! Couldn’t eat more than three bites because the soy sauce was all I could taste. $18 for salty oily noodles is crazy. Is it a staffing issue? Do you have to upgrade to multiple double vegetables to get any at all? Very sad to see the quick decline in quality.

Ordered online for delivery (did this when they first opened and it was great, but has been downhill since).They messed up my order and the Kung Pao Box was such poor quality. Barely any veggies or toppings and super dry. Not to mention my order took forever, yet it tastes like it sat for a while before I got it? Overpriced for what I got. So bummed, used to be one of my favourite places. I NEVER post bad reviews, but had to this time.

Our expectations were blown away. Delicious food with the ability to fully customize your protein, starch and spice level. We came for lunch and left full with leftovers for dinner and a snack the next day. Highly recommend! We had the spicy ginger beef and Cambodian jungle curry box. Both were very unique and delicious in their own way.

Only issue I had was picking what i wanted to eat, best bang for your buck the portions and price are fantastic. Staff we’re very nice and helpful when came to explaining the dishes.
I would highly recommend the Kung Pow Box, I’m a spice lover I did the medium hot but think I could have gone up one more at least.

I went on a Thursday for lunch around 11:30am. Perfect timing because after I ordered it got busy. I waited about 15 minutes after ordering because everything is cooked fresh. I got the Spicy Peanut Noodle box with ribbon noodles and organic tofu. You get to choose your level of spiciness, so I got medium. It was HOT! Next time I’ll get mild/medium. The bowl was packed FULL of noodles, sauce and veggies (broccoli, sprouts, purple cabbage, carrots, peanuts, green onions, red & green bell pepper.) I ate in and the table was clean. The whole restaurant seemed really clean. There are gluten free and I think vegan options, at least vegetarian. I can’t wait to go back.

Great food, wonderful spice. I have had three of the boxes now and have always been well satisfied with the quality. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly. The location is also quite clean. Cannot go wrong.

A special thanks to the young lady at the counter who helped us choose our dishes — she was kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great service. I just visited this place for the first time yesterday and I loved my Spicy peanut chicken noodle box so much that I purchased the ginger beef box for my dinner before I left. I asked for the most spiciest sauce and they delivered – very spicy – it was fantastic! The ginger beef was delicious too. I plan on trying every box they have. The young woman who served me had a nice welcoming smile and she was helpful navigating the menu for me. See you again next month when I am back in the Soo.
