Poorly managed. Slow. They took my order through the drive through, waited 10 minutes from someone to ask me what my order was and then came back 2 more times to ask again what my order was. The drive through line went from just me to 4+ cars. What should have been a MAX 5 minute experience took over 15 minutes. This branch has often also been sold out of basic items like cups/lids for specific sizes. Food is standard.

I was the only one in the drive thru and I waited 45 minutes for one sandwich. I waited about 15 minutes before I said something to which the employee said that they were super busy. I understand being busy, but I was the only one in line and I had already been there for a long time. They then shut the window on me and I had to wait for them to come back out to which then they asked if I still wanted the sandwich. In addition, when I finally did receive my order, it was wrong. Definitely disappointed with this establishment and will not be a returning costumer.

This is their avocado spread, I kept calling them, excuse me one after another and was ignored, only the girl cleaning noticed and got their attention for me. After I asked where was the avocado to guy that came up, another kid that I wasn’t talking to interrupted and pointed it out and smirked afterwards.

Consistently good service and quality sandwiches. Would recommend giving them a visit. Only downside to this location is ordering through their drive thru. Traffic on Harlem is loud and hard to communicate via a speaker.

So I ordered online and the order stated that it went out at 3:24pm. The store is 8 mins away. Now I understand they have more deliveries but after 1 hour has passed it was time to cancel. Disgusting food. I order from Countryside all the time and it’s great. This food was soggy, my vegetarian sandwich had meat on it and my order (delivery) stunk like weed. Can the delivery drivers maybe NOT light up when they have an order in their car? It was so strong, you could taste weed in the soda. I tossed it. Filed a complaint.
