The food and service was great! Nice portions! We just didn’t dine in, because it was too hot inside the restaurant. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in those conditions. If you order on the app or online you can pick up in the pickup lane. You can not order in the pickup lane.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a chipotle bowl with 3 servings of chicken( 2 grilled and 1 honey). $20 to get 7-8 ounces of chicken while their serving size is 4oz per serving. Absolutely ridiculous. This is my daily lunch and I expect to hit my protein goals by paying $20 EVERY DAY. I’m never coming back here again. You need to train your employees of what a full serving is. I pay extra to receive extra.

I just want to start by saying that I love Chipotle I have been eating it for over 15 years now and I was really excited about this location opening specifically because it has the Chipotle Lane drive thru pickup. The first time I went to his location I did have an incident where in my steak bowl I found a large piece of plastic that must have accidentally gotten dropped while they were opening some kind of packaging but I continued to come to this location. Today me and my husband decided to get a burrito but share it and it was a steak burrito and shortly after we got severely sick from it. We are assuming we got food poisoning and it’s really disappointing because I have never had food poisoning before that I can recall. We both got it after sharing the steak burrito together. We won’t be back anytime soon.

I had the worst experience there the drive thru lady was so rude and got the wrong food order and wanted me to go around a second time to pick up a bag of chips that was not added to my order because she had a big line of cars but if she would have done it right the first time this would have not happened I worked in customer service for more than 14 years and she gas non if she don’t change her attitude you will keep losing customers and your reviews will keep getting worse. I do not recommend this location always messes up on my order even tho I always try to give as second chance now I will be going farther to a different one customer service is always number one trust me that’s where it starts

Came in Monday, March 31st, 8:55 PM. The crew this night is the bomb diggity. The place is clean, the service is good, the portion is great. Definitely one of the best Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Good job!

$42 for a burrito, a bowl, and two regular chips & queso. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if there wasn’t what looked like two bone (hard pieces?) and the butt of the lettuce (the entire butt) in the bowl. Chips were also noticeably stale. Don’t think I’ve had an experience like this at another Chipotle!

I walked in and was the only person in line. I’ve never seen a Chipotle so empty. But I stood in line and it was one person cooking, 4 in the drive thru area and only 2 working. It took them a while to come assist me. Once they did . It was “what can I get you”. So I said “hello” can I get a burrito”. She didn’t warm my tortilla. It honestly didn’t hit me until after they started adding topics. As they’ve ladies are making my burrito they are both talking to each other. I kept having to repeat and remind them what I wanted because they were too into there conversation. . I’m burrito was so stuffed she had to wrap it twice and put it in a bowl container. My rice was hard. And chicken was dried out like it was up there for a while. I always receive terrible service here. I will drive to a further location to dodge this location. And tables was dirty so I decided to take my food to go.

The burrito bowl just lacked any flavor. The rice was almost burnt and things just didn’t taste very fresh. The restaurant was quite dirty as well. The staff was very nice, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive.
