I had their Seafood Fettuccine special (spicy shrimp and mussels) and the mountain high mud pie, both were very delicious. Bread and salad starters were also very good. Would recommend this place for a perfect date night.
Nice little place, just a block off the main road. Service was great, employees were friendly.
I ordered eggplant parmigiana, which is my staple Italian dish. Slices were very thick, which generally isn’t a good sign. Although well breaded, the breading was soggy from all the moisture in the eggplant. So while the flavors were excellent, the texture was off. My wife’s pesto and vegetable was great, although not a traditional pesto, as the saucecwas thicker.
Wait staff was super nice and attentive. The lady helping us out explained everything well even down to the t when it came to the choice of pasta with my sauce on top. Didn’t take too long to get our meal. The whole place was very welcoming! The vibe of the place was super laid back and low key. Only thing that I had an issue with was how long the table cloth was and how close the booth was set to the table (definitely felt a little crowded.) but other than that 10/10 ! Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town !

Started off with Calamari that was more than likely the most exceptional Calamari I’ve had to date (and if you didn’t know it, Idaho isnt anywhere near an ocean). The batter was so light and and the garlic aoli paired perfectly. Ordered a starter of Garlic Bread that was bursting with flavor!
We split the house special (not on the menu), the rotolo, a sheet of pasta rolled with goodness (tonight it was chicken, artichoke, ricotta and spinach) and bathed in a sumptuous tomato sauce that I was ready to lick the bowl clean to get every last dripping of sauce! Actually used the remaining bits of garlic bread to do just that!
Went with the Blackberry Crisp Ala mode for dessert. Compliments on the crisp as the berries were not over sweetened…really great flavor…Thanks to our server, Doug, for the recommendations!
Oh, and it’s not a bad idea to order a port with dessert, or as a second dessert! Make sure to get a glass for each of you. Too good to share!
