Roadhouse Café, located in the Ascendido Building, offers a spacious and welcoming environment that is well-suited for large groups and families. The ambiance is warm and homey, providing a comfortable setting for casual dining.

The menu features a wide selection of dishes, primarily focused on Filipino cuisine. Portion sizes are generous and ideal for sharing, making it a good choice for group meals. Pricing is reasonable, offering good value for the quantity and variety of food available.

Coke Regular – P105.00
Mango Shake – P135.00
Chopped Roast Beef – P605.00
Sizzling Sisig – P305.00
Pinaputok na Bangus – P445.00
Steakhouse Fried Rice Platter – P265.00

While the restaurant was not particularly busy during our visit, there was a noticeable wait time before our food was served, which may be an area for improvement.

Facilities are well-maintained, including a shared restroom that was clean and in good condition.

Overall, Roadhouse Café delivers a pleasant dining experience with hearty meals and a relaxed atmosphere — a solid option for those looking to enjoy Filipino favorites in a family-friendly setting.

Proper Filipino cuisine with a unique but pleasant twist to the different dishes. The place is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. However, the restaurant has poor acoustics so it gets quite noisy fast.

Went on a Sunday at around 1pm+. There are available tables but there were no clean ones. Almost all have dishes waiting to be cleaned out. It took us a while to get seated because of it.

Their food portion is good for 3-4. Taste wise, it was okay. I didn’t find it too terrific, it also wasn’t bad. Personally, its just an average Filipino food. I find them to have the same taste w other Filipino resto chains in the mall. Price is a bit expensive compared to others. Service is okay, its a bit hard to get the servers attention.

Their halo halo was probably my fave because its not your normal lasaw one. It surprisingly has a very rich and sweet flavor. Kangkong chips are also good. My least fave is their sizzling brownie. Here for the pakulo but the taste is not giving and Im not a fan of the burnt skillet taste w the brownie.

Well lit, the area has high ceiling. Good amount of tables and chairs. Amazing food selection from seafood, chicken, pork, etc. They served it hot and on-time.
The staff is very kind and accomodating, one of them went beyond the call of service and had our celebration cake’s candle lit up and brought back to our table. He did also provide us a knife to use, plates and forks for the serving.
The whole area has pay parking but if you dine at RHC, you get the first hour free. Just have your ticket validated by the restaurant’s in-charge. I recommend this place.

Food is good, standard Roadhouse flavors.

Staff are relatively attentive and courteous enough to ask if anyone from our party has any form of allergy.

Unfortunately the first server seemed not in the best mood.

Place is nice , food ok. Maybe consider if you will try the local steak.

In general a bit on the higher end of price considering value.

Food: We love the food! Beef menu is sooo tender *chef’s kiss*

Service: The staff at the time was really accommodating! Love her vibe! (sorry I forgot to ask her name )

Atmosphere: Kind of noisy given that its customers are in families and a lot of people just talking loudly altogether which is understandable. The place is so clean and has a homey vibe!

Price: more than average cost which for me justifies the food and customer service we’ve received. A single meal will cost around PHP 270 for starters

Food is great, but the customer service is not. I explicitly told the servers to serve the mango shake first, but I had to follow up twice. All the food was served before the drink. Also, I think those wobbly tables need to go, lol.

Service at SMEco Roadhouse is much better, my wife requested for ice water, waiter brought her a glass of ice, my wife again asked for pitcher of water, waiter did not provide. Probably they limit 1 glass of water per costumer. My wife again requested a pitcher of water and finally her glass was refilled towards the end of our meal. Important to note that the restaurant was only 1/4 full so it was not a busy time.
My all time favorite is their sinugbang baboy, their version here was not as tasty as in SMEco and the meat was hard.
Their sizzling bangus was not sizzling, and the bangus was not boneless.
Their calamansi juice was not fresh, but i just assumed it to be fresh.
Their kitchen is noisy, felt like we were in a marketplace.
I decided to forgo with dessert and wanted to leave.

The food here is always excellent, and I truly have no complaints about that. However, the service from the waitstaff is a completely different story.

The management urgently needs to train their staff better. Let me explain what happened:

1. After being seated, I asked for the menu. I expected the waitress to either give me a moment or at least check if I was ready to order. Instead, she left almost immediately, without a word—so quickly it felt rude.

2. When I needed her attention again, it was almost impossible to get it, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The staff were all gathered near the entrance, chatting among themselves.

3. When someone finally came to take my order, I asked about the vegetables in their nilagang baboy. The waitress, clearly unsure, replied, “kangkong and radish.” I was confused because those are ingredients for sinigang, not nilaga. She had to go to the kitchen to ask and eventually came back with the correct answer. This clearly shows the staff aren’t properly oriented about the menu, which is unacceptable.

4. To make things worse, the waitress seemed disinterested from the start. I noticed her trying to pass off my table to another staff member, clearly eager to return to chatting with her colleagues near the entrance.

Roadhouse Cafe, you have amazing food and a great ambiance, but your staff’s poor attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruin the experience. It feels like a 1-star service in what could otherwise be a 5-star restaurant.
