I stopped in the Bonita location at 12:33 pm on Thursday the 8th of August. When I entered the store, what looked like the manager was on the phone. He observed me coming in but walked away. Understandable because I know managers are busy placing orders, dealing with customer service etc. however there were two girls that stayed in the back, not sure they seen me but in my opinion, should have. I stood at the counter for about 5 mins longer and I wasn’t helped. Left hungry.

I don’t think the workers even read the complete order. I asked for garlic dip with cheesy bread and got marinara sauce instead. Also asked for extra pepperoni, but it did not look like extra.

Ordered pizza for delivery – all went well until I opened the box & found green peppers on my pizza which I am very allergic to – I had ordered green olives. It was also cut in “8” instead of squares which is really no big deal – they just dropped the ball & I am now still hungry.

We walked in hot and tired from the day looking to cool off (from riding our motorcycles in traffic and 92 degrees) and have a good meal to revive.
Very pleasant front counter greeting, took our order, we sat down with a nice cup of ice water, and within 15 minutes our pizza was delivered to the table with a huge smile and wishes to enjoy.
We did enjoy. This was not your average discount grab and go pizza. It was a delicious meal and we enjoyed it.
We also had a visit from the owner making sure all was great and then some time talking of various things.
Definitely a go-to place now for us when we are in the area.
