The woman that answered the phone on 02/19/2026 at 11:01 AM is very rude. Answered the phone with attitude and hung up on me before I finished talking. This is the type of service they have. Discipline that trash woman.

I go here for lunch periodically. Employees are very rude. I’m not asking for 5 star service, but a smile and thank you goes a long way. Food quality continues to go down as every bowl I get seems to be doused in higher and higher quantities of liquid smoke.

Food quality and portion size has gone down significantly over the last 2-3 years. The dining room is disgusting!! It looks like they haven’t mopped in months or years, there is a think black layer of grease covering the floor, the tables are all dirty, and the chairs are gross and falling apart as well. It’s too bad because they have a unique, simple, and tasty menu, but I will not be back for quite some time because of all of these problems. I genuinely hope the owner sees this and corrects the problems!

Been a long time fan of Masarus. Their food is still wonderful and quick when you’re in a hurry. Not sure who the gal is up front anymore but she’s younger and FULL of attitude. She was writing my order down before I could finish and said I was frustrating her. I can’t believe you would have someone like that as a front customer service worker.
