Mike and the elder women that severed us threw our food and had it all over the place. When it was addressed Mike responded with an “okay” and shrugged his shoulders. When asked for a manager he said he was the assistant manager. I called the establishment and asked for a corporate number and his manager’s contact then he scoffed. when I asked if he just scoffed he stalled and didn’t answer then I repeated myself then he said he promise he didn’t. Very unprofessional and rude don’t recommend to anybody will be leaving a bad and honest review with BBB. If the picture doesn’t do justice please watch the cameras 9:41pm is when I paid for my food so about 5-6 minutes before that I hope this gets addressed accordingly.

So, I hopped on Uber Eats the other day, and the app itself was a breeze to use. The delivery was super quick, which was awesome. But when the food finally arrived, I was seriously taken aback by how tiny the portion was. For what I paid, it felt like I got a sample size instead of a meal. Honestly, I was expecting a lot more food for that price.

Please read all the reviews, don’t just trust me. Be careful this place will rip you off. Attached photos of receipt and their menu board. Never mentioned extra charge for beef, and after getting 3 entree plate come to see there is nothing but veggies and fried rice, very little actual protein, I believe 3 pieces of each choice lol. What a joke. Y’all can do better than that. Quit ripping people off, and it’s not difficult at all to post a sticky note saying the extra charge, then actually fulfill the order and give us the food. This was a hilarious joke of a plate of veggies and fried rice. Worked and ran Japanese steakhouses 18 years. You guys should know better

This location has really gone down hill. Old soggy chicken, brown, flavorless, dry super greens. Stingy with food. All veggies no meat. Just TERRIBLE. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Just yuck!

Amol was super helpful and friendly, he took great care to make sure that I got fresh Chow Mein and that my entire meal was hot. Usually when I go to the Panda locations closer to home the food is not as fresh or warm. Such a great experience.

A huge thank you to the NIGHT MANAGER on NOVEMBER 5TH for making an UBER(EATS) DISASTER right! We were missing HALF of our order (a WHOLE BAGS worth) and had contacted our driver MARTA and of course “I know nothing; talk to panda”.

My family and I rushed into their store from out east with the ONE of TWO bags severally aggravated thinking it was their fault that half of our order was missing; turns out, MARTA had already picked up BOTH bags and chose to only deliver ONE of TWO bags. The night manager made the right business decision and chose to suck up the cost of our whole order and made EVERYTHING FRESH for us.

I sincerely hope that corporate gets the chance to read this review and at least reward him with acknowledgment. Thank you again, sir, I’m sorry we didn’t catch your name. You truly care for your customers. ❤️

FYI; UBER DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE.. OUR ONLY OPTION IS TO STOP USING THEM.

When we came in it’s almost like they’re rushing you to order. When I got to the end I asked for spring rolls and they weren’t given. Upon calling they don’t ever answer this is not okay as someone who works in customer service treat people like you’d be like to be treated

Absolutely the worst restaurant ever always have a line. Not enough workers. Also if you want a large lemonade they don’t even tell you they will upcharge you an extra $3.40. Just absolutely the worst Panda Express I’ve ever went to!!!!!

The food seemed very off, like the orange chicken easnt actually orange and didn’t look like it had sauce, and the chow mein was kind of Grey. They also kept shaking my container and putting it on what looked like a scale before I could pay. It was a very weird vibe.
