This Starbucks location has always provided me wonderful customer service and a beverage that is made correctly. Not all Starbucks are the same when it comes to service, cleanliness and quality of the drink you order. Compared to other locations near/around here, I would rate this as my favorite one to order from, even if there is no drive thru. The interaction alone with the staff is always pleasant and I appreciate their attention to detail. Keep up the great work!

Good place to meet friends or just sitting in and relaxing. One thing I noticed that the latte here often is too hot to drink immediately. If temperature is too high when frothing the milk, the nature sweetness will be reduced. It won’t taste best.

Definitely gets busy at times but overall a good location. Jack is a barista there and does an amazing job, I often see him expediting the process when the orders build up and the others can’t keep up.

Always crowded during breakfast hours. Have patience. I have noticed the line lately is not as long as before. The mobile order can cause variance in waiting time. The staff is very friendly and it seems to be a local hangout place. The fireplace is cozy looking.

Drink was fine but they have a dog chained outside most of the time, and I’ve witnessed its aggression toward several dogs – today it was mine. I’m not sure if it’s a staff member’s dog, or a customers but either way they should take care of the situation. It’s not safe for other dogs or other people. While trying to hold it back from my dog, the lab nipped me, and almost got my 5 year old. Train your dog or leave it at home.

I said hi the male barista no reaction not even gave me a glance , then I ordered my usual HOT toffee nut latte. He pressed some button on the cashier but still said NOTHING NO NO RESPONDS!!
I was standing there in front of the cashier waiting. Fail he came back and use his finger the point the checkout machine.
I think oh OK then I take out my phone. Use the Starbucks app to pay.
So from the moment, I say hi to the moment, he pointed the bot machine ;
He didn’t even look at me, not even once ..
I mean, I didn’t really want him to look at me a lot . But ridiculously when somebody order something to you don’t you think you should look at an at least one time?
If you are too shy to talk to people then maybe this store can just prepare self order machine. So everything is solved. Your customer won’t feel like being looked down or else!?
