Huge, clean and modern location. Very comfortable
Service was a bit odd. Didnt know if they were talking to me or the headphone, plus they didnt communicate well. Was given one plate to go and one “for there” even though we were dine in. not a lot of people in the restaurant, didnt make sense. A lot of the items didnt have signs
Still, the food was good, and they were nice. Plus, as mentioned, its super clean and comfortable. I think its just growing pains!

There are only 5 staff members and it’s an extremely busy Friday at lunch time. The staff is trying so hard to keep up and stay positive. However there is no manager on duty. The man cooking is trying to help an unhappy man, and he’s getting yelled at. The staff is trying to serve people with a line out the door, DoorDash orders, drive through and phone calls. One lady said she was waiting over an hour for her DoorDash order. She must have asked 5 times how much longer. They were out of mushroom chicken so we were told we’d be called when it’s ready. After 25 minutes it was finally ready but they never filled my order. After another 10 minutes, I had to cut in line in front of people to ask for my food. I was told they were now out of another one of my chicken options and I’d have to wait. I said never mind just give me double mushroom chicken so I can eat. The drive through orders keep getting priority over people who have stood in line and are waiting for their food. The staff is overwhelmed. They are trying really trying hard but there are not enough staff to keep up with the amount of food and people needing served. The poor girl trying to fill all the orders and the cashier looked like they were about to cry. They kept apologizing and smiling but it was taking its toll. A manager should have been on duty to assist. They probably wouldn’t have been behind if the other staff didn’t keep getting yelled at and having to help upset people and could focus on their jobs.

Have to admit it, the last time I was at a Panda Express I was probably wearing a white Don Johnson jacket and was cruising a mall. My wife, on the other hand, had never been to a Panda Express, so when a stand alone store opened right down the road, we had to go. I always enjoyed the flavorful foods and good portion sizes, and yes, prices have gone up since the ‘80s, but we still found our stop was a good value. We both got the two entree plates – Chicken w/Broccoli & Mushroom Chicken with chow mein and Honey Walnut Shrimp & Honey Sesame Chicken Breast with chow mein for the wife. Veggie Spring rolls, Chicken Egg rolls and Cream Cheese Rangoon finished out our meals. Had a bit of a wait while they were finishing up cooking some chicken. The food was really very good, and we each got two meals out of our order. The interior offers several seating options from individual tables to long cafeteria style bench tables. Good light from large windows. I’m sure their ‘stand alone’ door dash/other pick up services grab and go counter speeds things up for the order outs, and doesn’t clog up the in-store purchases.

I don’t get to enjoy Panda Express often as they are not in New York- or atleast any part of New York that I’m familiar with. Visiting Melbourne, I was intrigued to go. Perhaps it’s the New Yorker in me but the service and pace of the line moves extremely slow. It’s all prepared food, it has to be easier to keep it moving! Otherwise, I enjoyed the food.

Consistently good food. Always seems busy and as though there is someone new training, but they’re friendly, food comes out fresh, and good size portions. Would like a few more options or specials but a great alternative to a traditional Chinese food place. Nice rewards program too.

I had a terrible experience at this Panda Express. I ordered through the app, but because the system failed to update my name, the staff never actually prepared the meal. Even after we established that the order was placed, they continued to serve every person in the physical line rather than making the food I had already paid for.
I was still waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time while several employees sat around doing nothing. The manager was present but couldn’t have been less helpful. At one point, the person who finally started making my food simply walked away to count money. When I asked where she went, she told me that counting money took priority over making a customer’s meal. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
Would give negative stars if I could.

The food is decent, for fast food Chinese. Do not order online for pickup. They prioritize doordash orders and will not start making your online order until after you have arrived. There was a couple that walked in at the same time as me. They were able to walk up to the counter, order their food, sit down and eat it, and we’re leaving by the time I got my food that I had ordered online 15 minutes before they even walked in the restaurant.

Only good thing about that place is Yandel, a customer service guy at the drive thru. He’s as sweet as can be , awesome personality and more then makes up for the long wait, dry rice, and confused scenario at the restaurant.
