Reviews
Full scoops – you never feel shorted.
Great service – you never feel undervalued.
Great atmosphere – you always want to come back.
This is hands down the best Panda I’ve been too. Food is quality no matter the time of day. They understand that college student needs the food to match the value they are paying. This is why I’m a repetitive customer here! Thanks yall!
Try asking for half-and-half chow mein and fried rice! It’s no additional cost and the combo tastes great.
Food was just as expected. Orange chicken was deliciously seasoned and cooked. It was blasting flavors into my mouth! Chao Mein and Rice was actually a lot better than the other locations I’ve been to. Everything that I tasted was great!
I’ll come back again
I prefer to drink water due to my health, since I was diagnosed with obesity last year. Yesterday, when I was about to pay for my order, I asked the cashier if I could have a cup for water (as I’ve done dozens of times with no issue), only to be told that they “don’t do water cups anymore” and that they are available for 99 cents. This was allegedly their response to dishonest loser customers who would help themselves to a free drink in lieu of water.
The employee could easily have given me (a loyal customer until this week) a water cup on this one occasion as a courtesy while informing me of their new policy so I know to plan around it in the future. A manager could easily have put a conspicuous sign on the door saying “NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER CUPS” and I would’ve simply chosen to eat elsewhere. If you’re going to suddenly stop providing something that’s an industry standard, is some notice too much to ask?
Caught totally off guard, I just paid for my food and got to eat lunch with no water. Luckily I didn’t choke on anything, since there was nothing to drink, but I sure was thirsty afterwards.
After all the times I’ve paid full price for my food and followed all the rules, this is what I get- punishment for others’ crimes and the choice to either buy something I wasn’t planning to, or get nothing to drink because I didn’t bring water with me.
