If you want breakfast, don’t expect to go here. They’ve been open for over 45 minutes. They do not have eggs ready and they’re not even gonna let me place an order at the drive-through. They won’t answer the speaker so you come inside and I’m like can I place an order if you wanna place an order don’t bother talking to anybody you have to use the machine they let me place the order knowing they have no eggs ready. I get done my order. Wait for three minutes just for her to tell me we don’t have eggs. Is there anything else I can get you? Why not tell me that when I walked through the door and why are there eggs not ready? 45 minutes into opening the restaurant because I know you’re there before you open doors at 7 AM. That stuff is supposed to be prepped and ready to eat so that was a waste of my time and their time. Also she was very rude letting me not get a copy of the receipt. I have to take a picture of it And just wasting my time so now I’m at McDonald’s thanks were they tell me to have a blessed day

I spoke with Dani pertaining to my meal. I placed a future order for after work for 10 p.m and 10:15 p.m (2) separate orders. I placed them at about 5:24 p.m I received a text message confirming both and then I received a text at 7:12 p.m stating that my order was ready. I REPEATEDLY called and the phone seemed to be off of the hook. That’s a problem. Upon my arrival Dani implied that I sent someone to get the food at 5:24 p.m I don’t Appreciate my integrity being questioned when I verified all information through my app and screenshots stating that they weren’t even supposed to be prepared until 10 and 10:15. She kept asking if I had someone else come and get it. I felt humiliated and was made to feel like I needed to prove that I wasn’t lying and stealing food. I arrived about 10:18 p.m to get my food after work. She kept saying that she doesn’t have the app and isn’t Familiar with how it works. If she’s in Leadership, she should know how Everything works in order to guide her team and provide Exemplary Customer Service. That is not what I received even though I had Verification that my meal shouldn’t have been prepared until 10. The staff needs to be in-serviced on looking at the times on the order slips. I was trying to insure Freshness and why my food was ready at 7:12 p.m. There’s Always a problem here at night.

Ordered via the app for 5:45pm. By 6:30pm they had not given the food and I was forced to get a refund instead–which I later learned was missing part of the order.

By the time I left there were about 8 people waiting in the store for their order and two people came in from the drive thru to get their order corrected.

Ended up driving 10 minutes down the road to another location where we received our food in less than 5 minutes.

I would definitely recommend another location.

This is not a “customer vs employee” issue. This is a leadership issue.

I was given the wrong order at a Taco Bell outside of my normal area and didn’t realize it until I got home. I immediately called and spoke with a manager who told me my order could be replaced when I returned—just bring my receipt and ask for her.

I explained that due to the December holiday season, I wouldn’t be back in that area until after the New Year. I was told that was perfectly fine.

When I returned weeks later, I was met with aggression and resistance. I was told the manager I originally spoke to no longer worked there. I calmly asked to speak with the general manager to resolve the issue—either a replacement or a refund—and was told to call back the next day.

I did exactly that. I was instructed by another manager to come in for my replacement order and was assured she would notify the oncoming staff since I wouldn’t arrive until later in the afternoon.

When I arrived, I handed over my receipt and waited. For over 45 minutes, I listened to staff question why my order was being replaced—openly, audibly, and unprofessionally. Eventually, a manager stepped in and agreed to honor it.

After nearly an hour, I finally received my replacement—and it was made incorrectly (chicken chalupas now instead of chicken is ground beef) At that point, I gave up.

This wasn’t about food.
This was about inconsistency, poor communication, lack of accountability, and visible breakdowns in leadership.

I wish leadership would realize that this devalues the company and decreases profits also. This has given me PTSD to never want Taco Bell from any location from here on out.

I’m not gonna lie, these pregnancy cravings have me ordering half the menu and I wanna give a huge shout out to my fiancé for ordering it for me, and Brandi and Delilah went above and beyond with great and understand attitudes, as well as making sure everything was correctly. Definitely a great experience and the best customer service I’ve received from a Taco Bell or even most fast food in a while if not ever.

This place blatantly messed up our order, and locked people out just because their family came over to the restaurant. Our order was completely messed up none of our tacos were correct except for 1/13, everything else was just messed up. We managed to come in before they locked everyone else out. They barely put meat on some of the tacos and put more cheese than meat. We had to take all the cheese out of the cheese filled tacos onto one of the papers just to put cheese on the tacos that didn’t have any type of cheese at all. Some tacos also only had lettuce and meat. As you can see in the photo, that was not what our order was at all. We have another review in spanish for those who want to see. This place was great before, but now it’s filled with workers who don’t care about customer service and how they make their food. We hope that this place finds better workers like it had before. The only people in the restaurant was our family and the workers family. That was it. They are losing more money than gaining any.

It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get Good and Consistent service at this Mountain Island Taco Bell on Corning Place. There was a little girl named kennedy who I had to get her attention, as I just stood at the front counter. She was so preoccupied with her phone that I had to wait just to ask a question. The thin black girl on the food line even looked at me just standing at the counter. There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. They laughed and talked about how there were still eggs left out from breakfast and it was 5:02 p.m I finally said Excuse me a little louder than the last time. I asked her about a menu item and she didn’t know the answer to my question, but instead of just saying that she started saying Anything. I requested a manager and she got a pissy attitude. I decided to take my money to a nearby competitor. The rudeness and lack of professionalism is ridiculous. It is Always poor service when the GM isn’t working. There is a lack of structure and maturity, many times

What kind of restaurant doesn’t have enough change to break a $20 dollar bill?!
This one, and I will certainly not be returning!

Super rude service from the drive thru’s Gen Z Stare World Champion, Dani YJ, whose skills definitely do NOT extend to doing basic math and making change. As her customer, I had to take care of that, and frankly she should be embarrassed.

Wow, just wow. At least the food was halfway decent, but definitely not enough to make me want to return. Avoid at all costs, folks!

I go to this taco. Bell very often and I’m usually satisfied, but today I went
And I ordered the same thing that I always order
And today, the flatbread was hard and the chicken on my flatbread was dry and hard and they barely put any meat in it at all. That’s just very disappointing whoever they had making food today around one forty five needs to be rethought. How to make food and if something has been sitting there longer than it should be?Then, they definitely should not give it out to people very disappointed. The guy working the drive through window was very nice, though. Not sure if the person making food today is new or what? But very disappointing. If I wasn’t headed to work, I most definitely would have took it back.

I purchased the seven dollar lux box on 10/22/25 at 330pm. I made a few changes to the taco, I substituted chicken on the taco and chicken on the chalupa. The total was almost ten dollars. The meal was terrible, the chalupa tasted stale and was cold, the taco wasn’t much better and the burrito was a disappointment as well. The crisp that came with the box had five crispy waffles and a half of cup of sugar. Now I would have expected this from someone who had just stared but, this meal was prepared by the manager. I would have returned the food but I left before I had a chance to examine this catastrophe. Needless to say. That I won’t be eating at this location in the future. The bathroom need to be cleaned and the trash cans in the dinning room needed to be emptied.
