Absolutely Unacceptable Rude Aggressive and Incompetent Employee (December 27, 1:40pm to 2:40 PM)

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at any Dunkin.

I walked in when there were no customers waiting. As I tried to place my order, the employee immediately started rushing me, cutting me off mid sentence, and not listening at all, even though there was absolutely no line. Instead of letting me finish my order like a normal customer, he just started making whatever he thought I said.

I asked for a mango refresher with lemonade and cold foam, and he made it wrong with oat milk instead of lemonade. His mistake. I let it slide.

Then came the latte. Again, he refused to let me finish speaking and started making it with regular milk. I stopped him and clearly told him I needed almond milk, which I PAY EXTRA FOR. I cannot have regular milk. This is not optional or a preference. The last time this same employee messed it up, it caused me stomach issues.

Instead of fixing it properly like a professional, he aggressively dumped almond milk into another cup, with a nasty attitude and disrespectful facial expressions. When I explained why this mattered, he started raising his voice and arguing with me over a mistake HE made.

At that point, yes, I got angry, because no customer should be treated like they are asking for a favor when they are paying for their order. Even when another customer walked in behind me, I still deserved to finish my order correctly instead of being rushed, dismissed, and disrespected.

This employee is consistently rude, hostile, and completely unfit for customer service. He does not listen, does not communicate, and becomes aggressive when corrected. That is unacceptable in any food service environment, especially when dietary restrictions are involved.

I strongly demand that the owner or manager review the camera footage from December 27 between 2:00 PM and 2:40 PM. Watch how customers are spoken to. Watch the attitude. Watch the mistakes and how they are handled.

This behavior needs immediate action. If this is how customers are treated, do not be surprised when people stop coming back.

This morning, the crew at this establishment, despite having a predominantly female workforce, was extremely unprofessional. They seemed more preoccupied with their own conversations than with assisting me in placing my order. They frequently interrupted me while I was trying to communicate, speaking in their own language and making mistakes in my order. For instance, they asked me where I was from or why I had a coat on at 8 a.m. in 35 degrees, implying that it wasn’t cold outside for them I guess. When I replied that it was, they started giggling and speaking in their language. I’m not sure who owns this establishment, but they urgently need to address these issues before they reach corporate headquarters.

I work in the building so I am here often. Location is small and can get super packed so if you are in a hurry and short tempered, consider another location. But the people are so, so nice. Yes, I’ve witnessed a messed up order or two, but they will fix it for you with a smile. Most employees seem to be hardworking decent people just trying to do their job and definitely don’t deserve rude attitude from
customers who have never worked a service job in their life.

The food gets 3 stars because I have no idea what quality donut I would have received. The staff pay no attention to a queue, or prefer not to serve women, or just can’t be bothered. Either way, I won’t be back to give them another chance to ignore me.

I have never met such a friendly Dunkin staff like this one! I was instantly greeted the moment I walked in the store & was pleasant throughout the whole experience!
Such nice people and you can tell that this place gets taken care of!
Good to know there’s still friendly people out there even during the morning rush hour

Once new management took over earlier this year, my orders have been wrong almost every single time. Employees don’t pay attention.

This Dunkin location has unfortunately gone downhill. I keep giving chances because it’s around the corner from my house. The newest hire who usually works on the food items, after months of working there, has zero clue what she is doing. Takes forever, throws the food around on the counter, constantly touches her shirt and other surfaces with the gloves on that she keeps on to prepare the food? Idk, extremely disappointed with the service there lately. Waited 20 minutes for a toasted bagel today (mobile order) as I watched other mobile orders printed after mine come and go…

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The donuts aren’t fresh, they were made a week ago, and the customer service is terrible. They wanted to force me to pay with cash. When I remembered I needed cash for something else, I gave them my card. The woman started yelling at me in a dialect I didn’t understand, so I told her if she didn’t accept a debit card, I wouldn’t make the purchase. The other man working there told me if I didn’t buy with cash, they wouldn’t give me back the money I’d already given them. I’m so disappointed in that place. People like that make the Dunkin’ Donuts stores my kids love look bad. I had to leave that place with my kids crying because I didn’t want to pay them cash.
