I came from Warner Robins Georgia to try the wings I have been hearing about!! Well I can say the customer service was excellent, the wait time wasn’t long at all. I even got offered a delicious lemonade that was perfect!! What I asked for was just what I got!! By the way the owner was very nice I didn’t catch her name. The cashier Felicia is very pretty and very nice to all the customers that received there order before me! By the way I was looking all the way to the back and the place was clean and organized! No worries!! I’ll be back soon!! 10/10

Great food, friendly staff, great prices. Beyond their already low prices, you can get $0.50 on Friday and Saturday. Cash-only, so plan accordingly. Wings can be ordered breaded or “naked”, but they are great both ways. Some sides and other menu items are only seasonally available.

The wings are very small but usually delicious, ranch sucks, and they never use enough sauce. The real issue is the hours of operation posted versus when and if they are ever actually open or will answer the phone. They refuse to answer the phone for orders after 5pm on the weekend, it’s very poorly reflected on the small business since no one would order wings for supper that early. If this was resolved they would be worth continuing business with but it’s been like that for 3+ years. Phone etiquette is trash also.

She was writing something when I went to the window. She never looked up she said. May I help you still writing? No eye contact or anything. I think that was so unprofessional. Need better customer service.

On Saturday, the 14th 2024. Mamma husband John and my name carlata. Jackson decided to go to the winghut in Dublin. Georgia driving 50 miles a way from Vidalia, Georgia to Dublin to the wing hut, only to try to get hustled by young man that was up in the front. He was a bigger guy probably more. Than the biggest ones that work there with glasses and a kind of. Uncut Afro that needed to be shaped up. I’m sure you probably know what he looks like. He told my husband and I that they do not take credit cards. No-take in mind there was a white gentleman standing behind us. He used his credit card with no problem and there was another white lady that came behind him used the credit card. No problem, then another gentleman white guy came no problem took all their credit card. So my husband said oh no, there’s no way that you’re going to do us like this. We didn’t come begging for anything we didn’t come asking for anything we actually bragged about your restaurant because we’re actually from Alabama. Only to get try to get hustled by the big guy in the window. Don’t know his name, but the owners need to be aware that you’ve got somebody trying to hustle people and try to make African American people feel like they’re not worthy. Our cards are our credit cards are not worthy to slide, but only the white people their cards only worked. You were wrong, you were disrespectful. And I hope the owner reads this. You need to get rid of him. He will destroy your business. This is the Jackson family.

Great food, good people, and completely underrated. I only say that because Inever even noticed the place before, but everyone needs to try it. I tried 3 different things to get a taste for the place (I got to try my buddy’s garlic parmesan wings yesterday, and they were AWESOME). I had catfish, okra, and gizzards. Each one was delicious. I could have done with a tiny bit more salt, but the flavor was good.
