Not gonna lie….We were a little leary about going in. (We’re not from the area) it was after lunch and no cars in the parking lot. Fire marshall pulled in so I asked him about it. He did not lead us astray. This was the most delicious hamburger ever! Also probably the biggest one I’ve ever seen . We will definitely be back! Good job Willie!

Get a Texas sized burger here. A little sloppy to eat but plenty of paper towels. They have great desserts but ran out early today. We did the Willie Chile and a pile of curly fries. No beer, just soda. Beer would be a plus. No restrooms.

Wonderful consumer service and very accommodating! The food was absolutely amazing!!! We got the silly Willie and the original hamburger as well as the chopped brisket and got to try the amazing corn beef!! Needless to say if you are looking for that good tasting, flavorful, tender we would highly recommend!!

This place is a hidden jewel! We were camping in Palo Duro heading to Houston and Wichita Falls was our “lunch stop”… I asked my son and wife to research a good place to eat, and Willie’s came on top for both… When we got there we asked a young man for a recommendation and said the BBQ Willie, and the gentleman at the cashier agreed… It tasted like Haven!

They offer an enormous range of burgers, and I opted for the stuffed one – it was fantastic. I also tried the curly fries, and they were absolutely delicious.
The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a distinct vibe. The decor and the plates had a unique touch, with a theme that represents the country.
The cost is around average, but I found it to be a worthy stop considering the experience and the quality of the food.

Delicious food and excellent customer service! My dad asked about their ribs and they gave us a sample! They fell off the bone and we ate them immediately. They were so good we ordered two plates to go for later. The chopped brisket was delicious and their fried okra was really good.

Willie’s Place makes a mean burger. My wife and I enjoyed our burgers immensely! She got the cheeseburger with a fried egg and I got Willie’s Flaming Burger! I like heat and the Flaming Burger took me to my limit! And they have two burgers hotter on the menu! The curly fries and okra were delicious! Such a wonderful burger place! Excited to come back again and try the BBQ!

But they probably won’t have the ingredients for those creative options. I ended up getting a plane cheese burger, and onion rings.
Atmosphere was cute and vintage, very cute, but if you want/need to use the restroom or just wash your hands you’re out of luck. That’s my reason for 2 stars on atmosphere. IT IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL TO NOT PROVIDE A PUBLIC RESTROOM IF YOU PROVIDE IN HOUSE SEATING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
And the cashier was clear, we could stay or go, he didn’t care.
But the chief/cook GREAT! Really good burger…

I’m finding the food in Wichita Falls is very inconsistent but one spot that hit both times was Willie’s! Burgers were . Small little spot in town and they provide that gritty burger experience. Nice group of people that work there to include THE actual Willie. Something simple and easy but authentic when it comes to burgers. Definitely recommend if you are in Wichita Falls.
