This is the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. I’m not sure how this even got let out of the store. There’s no sauce it’s hard and crunchy. This is the first pizza I’ve ever ordered that was genuinely inedible, I could’ve gotten something better at Kroger. I ordered through door dasher and got a partial credit it back but I’m disgusted I paid anything. Do not use this store. They have 0 quality standards

Pizzas crust looked smashed. The manager says that’s the way all Papa John’s pizzas look.
Picked up my pizzas tonight and opened the boxes to check them out. The pizza centers looked good but I noticed to crust was almost total flat, like it failed to rise. It also had a bunch of perforation lines in it. So I thought no problem. I’ll just go in and show them that this pizza is messed up and they’ll do something for me remake it or whatever.
I go inside and the girl that’s working the cash register tells me that it’s probably because they took out dough early from the cooler. She goes back and shows Move the pizza to the manager, and the manager says she can’t remake it because they’ll all turn out like that.
I asked to speak to a manager. Manager comes up and tells me that there’s nothing she can do for me about the pizza because the pizza is perfectly fine and that is how all Papa John’s pizzas look. I’m kind of shocked by her response because the pizza looks so incredibly flat. So I asked her a couple more times. Are you sure that all the pizzas look like this and this is normal? She says yes. She says it’s because she uses some machine there.
Apparently, there was three managers working tonight, and they let me walk out of the store, be puzzled, and insulted that I would think the pizza should look differently than this LOL
I think my saltine cracker is the same thickness.

Always something missing or wrong. Too bad there are not many other choices. Calling into the store for a refund is useless as they say they will refund your card and never do. 3 of our 4 orders in September were incorrect. That’s right. 75% of our orders were wrong. Local management doesn’t care… Corporate doesn’t care. Only continue ordering cause my kids will only eat this over other chain restaurants. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered a papa bowl and got one tiny layer of pepperoni and a little bit of cheese. The bowl was two inches deep and my layer of crap was .2 inches deep. Seriously? Doordash this for $15.00 when I could go to Jay C, buy the ingredients for about $8.00 and make a huge pan of this that would feed four? Never again.

These were the smallest wings I have ever had. The pizza was good, but the wings were so tiny. The wings were about the size of the garlic container. I actually ate the smallest one before taking a picture, which was smaller than the ones in the picture. The price of the wings was to much, considering the size.

Ordered a pizza about 10 minutes before close. Order was confirmed and accepted. I followed the pizza tracker sent to my email with order info. Order was accepted and prepared. Then all the sudden I get an email that says my order has been canceled. I called the store and the girl was rude. My pizzas were sitting on the counter and she voided them out and told me she was going to have to throw it away because they were voided out. I will get a refund in 5 to 6 days. They wouldn’t even let me pay cash. Thank goodness for Hucks having Godfathers Pizza…

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with papa John’s for one I never ordered through door dash and they tried to deliver my order which was confusing once I tried call the phone number back I was answered by a delivery driver for door dash that said they had my order and went to an address that was t the one I gave I tried calling papa John’s and they didn’t answer I mean I called back to back like what is going on I’m waiting for my order that was placed never got delivered and to be honest this isn’t the first time get it together the employees there don’t know what is f

I’ve been a customer since the 1990s. They have always presented delicious food and professional service. Their store is very small and tight, not at all inviting. They need to upgrade. Otherwise, an excellent business.
