I was super excited that instead of the sandwich shop that was here that a Jersey Mike’s was moving in. I went in tonight to see what the new place was like because I love the subs at Jersey Mike’s and this place is not far from my home. The sandwich was great as expected But while I was in line waiting to place my order a female employee stood in line behind me and the guy skipped me and started helping her and making her sandwich. She asked me if I had already placed my order and I said no I was wondering why he was skipping me and making your sandwich 1st. He looked up and replied sorry I was focusing on ” baby”, I don’t know if that’s her nickname or because he found her attractive. So I told her she could get in front of me so it would not be more confusing. I hope the customer service is not lacking here or I will have to skip this store and continue going to the Jersey Mikes by Costco in shoreline when I am around there, bummer since this store is so near my house.

After a few incredibly soggy sandwiches from this location, I decided to get the juice on the side. GAME CHANGER. Here’s the go to order: #13 Italian, toasted, add mayo, add extra cherry peppers (on the side), Mike’s way no tomatoes no onion, with juice (on the side) on rosemary bread. This is the best sandwich around, hands down!

was just there 10 minutes ago and this was by far the dirtiest and most disgusting experience I’ve ever seen. The guy finished making the sandwich and literally wiped the sauce off the counter using the sandwich bag while still holding the food then wiped the rest with his bare hand WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES he was making the sandwich with. After that, he even wiped his hands on his clothes. Absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary.

So, went in here because a coworker gave me some really good coupons and id never been. Won’t go again. Granted, I was gonna have 2 transactions with 2 coupons, but the girl that was helping me had a serious attitude issue. When she had to take my order to begin with the aura was as if I was inconveniencing her… needless to say, won’t be trying Jersey Mike’s again based on that experience…js

Most incredible Philly cheese steak I’ve ever had- made to my specifications with no peppers, add mushrooms, on GF bread! The STAFF here are what make it. They clarified with me what I wanted, offered to toast the bread (since typically GF bread doesn’t get toasted in restaurants)…I could hear how well they all work together and FEEL the positive energy of good chemistry. I’m going to get so fat eating here every day but it’s so delicious I don’t care!
