We just left Subway in Black River Falls, WI. I had my sandwich, my wallet and a $20 dollar bill on the counter, I opened the chips and the blue haired employee with her arm in a sling said, “until the chips are paid for, ya can’t open it”. I asked why and she very rudely said, “it’s stealing”. I told her I don’t steal and don’t appreciate being scolded. She was very rude, and we received no thank you, or a greeting when we walked in. We stop at this location frequently. But won’t again.

Online Ordered 3 subs. No one at the front of store for first few minutes to assist pick up. This bread was not day old, it may have been week old. All veggies frozen. Steak not warmed up. Smallest 12” loaf of bread I’ve ever seen. Missed multiple items. Could have spent the same at jersey mikes if there was a location here.

I placed my order at 7pm, when I got there at 7:30, they didn’t even start my order until I got there. When I was waiting because there was 1 person in front of me, they started talking about eww who orders that, that is nasty, what is wrong with people. They didn’t know the order was mine. When they finally realized the order was mine, they said they didn’t have any of the cookies, I wouldn’t be upset with the cookies except they gave them to someone who order way after I did. They were standing there talking about how they have been slow all day today but they are way behind, and it took an hour to get my food.

Employees were rude and seemed angry to have customers. If you don’t like your job, find a different one. Limited selections of cheese compared to other subway locations and for goodness sake…don’t ask for cheddar cheese!

I could not believe the long wait. Workers didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. They argued about where one of my sandwiches went for the online order I was waiting for when we realized the sandwich behind my first one was for a different order but since the whole time they were making it I thought it was for my order, I can just about guarantee they never made it or I would have noticed and at least questioned which was mine. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and the whole time I was there another woman had been waiting just to find out as they were bagging mine that her order had been done the whole time. They had the online order rack behind the counter and I could see enough of the receipt when I first walked in the door to know that it wasn’t my order sitting there but turns out that woman was waiting over 40 minutes for an order that had been finished for at least the 30 minutes since I’d walked in and scanned the receipt enough to know it was a larger order than mine and therefore not mine.
