This is a staple for Doordash. They have the best spicy miso ramen. I love their bubble teas which are customizable and delicious! The macaroons are delicious. Love this place! One of my all-time favs!

Stopped in on a cold snowy day, Ramen sounded good, walking distance from hotel. Counter employee was very friendly, place looked nice and comforting chill vibe. Ramen Tonkotsu with added chicken was not good. Hardly any flavor, chicken tasted like frozen out of a box breaded chicken that was microwave and over cooked. How can chicken be dry like jerky that is in a hot steamy liquid. Luckily, I was so damn hungry and cold I scarfed it down in, disappointment in every bite. Lastly, if I’m paying $15 for Ramen that is in a nice bowl and atmosphere, how come you can’t have a real ramen spoon or at least a real soup spoon. Maybe even a higher quality plastic spoon might have been better than some low quality take out plastic spoon. Felt like I was in a cafeteria eating a $3 bowl of Lipton cup o soup. I hate to leave bad reviews and rarely do, feel like a Karen, all just truth, but for a chain that has growing, not sure how, not a good experience or Ramen.

So I went to Tai Chi Bubble Tea thinking I was about to have a cute little matcha moment… and it was literally the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life. It tasted like straight water — no flavor, no sweetness, just nasty brownish-green liquid that looked like sewage runoff. I wish I was exaggerating.

We spent $45 total, and my drink was so bad I didn’t even touch it after the first sip. I went up to the counter, super polite, and said I wasn’t happy with my matcha and asked if they could fix it or swap it for something else. The guy wouldn’t even make eye contact and goes, “Not really anything I can do.” I said, “You can’t do anything? Not even trade it out?” and then the woman jumps in and says, “Matcha at bubble tea places usually tastes like grass,” and shrugs.

Sorry, but this didn’t taste like grass. It tasted like diarrhea water. It looked disgusting, completely separated, watery, and undrinkable. And when I tried to show them, they just stared at me like I was the problem. No apology, no remake, nothing.

It was 8pm on a Friday night and the place was empty. Now I know why. If this is how they treat customers, they’re lucky anyone walks in at all. Don’t waste your time or money here — unless you like your bubble tea tasting like pond water and being told that’s “just how it is.”

Eat here fairly regularly and normally it’s fine, but today I got a bowl and asked if it was enough rice, but today felt like it wasn’t that much. Both people working the front assures me it was but . The guy kept forgetting items that I had to remind him of as I made my bowl, and the final product was less than half full of food. The photo I’m adding is before I’ve even eaten any and there’s a MASSIVE divot where food should be I feel. Had to run so the bowl got shaken so the layout of the food doesn’t bother me but the sheer amount I feel it’s missing is upsetting me. Every other time I’ve gotten a bowl it’s been completely full so this is just disappointing to me. If you go here the food is good just make sure they aren’t skimping you.

I travel for work and one of my favorite things to try at new places is bubble tea and poke bowls. Both here were super good. I got the brown sugar milk tea and a medium sized bowl. The bowls flavor was explosive, it was one of the best I’ve had. I also absolutely loved the bubble tea. It was actually not too sweet which was nice, I usually order with half sugar when I have the option to but this was perfect as is. Will definitely return next time Im in town.

The taste of the milk tea was extremely bad, and the ingredients of the food looked very bad and not fresh. It took 10 minutes to make a simple matcha milk tea, and there was almost no one in the store at that time.

Our experience at this restaurant was marred by cold broths, poorly cooked protein, and unfriendly service. It appeared that the restaurant was more focused on making money than on providing a positive dining experience for customers.

Ordered 2 taro milk teas with tapioca pearls, one with less sugar and one with regular. Could not figure out which one was which, both tasted watered down and both untasted spoiled and sour. I anticipate my body rejecting this since it feels like I have a brick in my stomach right now.

Drinks taste like water, don’t waste your money if you want good drinks. If you want a nice place to take pic it cute. Overall, service was bad. Drinks is bad. Wait time is long.
