The staff is welcoming, and the food came out fresh, hot, and delicious. The dining area was clean and in good order. We saw some negative reviews when we looked online, but found nothing negative during our time at the Grand Haven Popeyes.
Elsa (the GM) and Jesner were working alone, and doing a tremendous job operating the restaurant with such limited staff! Huge credit to both of them for their hard work, and their outstanding hospitality.

Ordered the 3 piece meal that clearly says breast, thigh and leg, they did not give me the breast and gave me 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken, and I think The guy did it on purpose

Grand Haven finally gets its own Popeyes! This location has been open for a few days now and I can say that the store was very clean, nice atmosphere and the employees were nice and friendly. There is a hand sanitizing station right as you enter the restaurant which is really good and I’m sure many will appreciate.
The chicken was well cooked and tasted really good, everything I ordered was amazing! One thing however, is that I ordered a classic (non spicy), 3 piece chicken tenders for one of my orders and received spicy tenders instead, which I think was an honest mistake on their part. I didn’t realize until I got home and started eating so I’ll definitely double check my food next time before leaving the restaurant (which I always do).
Also Mobile/Popeyes App ordering is not available for this location (which I hope they’ll have eventually), so I wasn’t able to redeem any of my offers on the app or place an order on there which would have also lowered the cost of the food as well. Some food items were more pricey at this location than expected and would have been half the cost if Popeyes App ordering was available. I spend around $22 for a 3 piece tenders combo and 2 piece chicken combo meal which would have cost me around $12 on the app.
Overall, the food was wonderful and I will be trying some more menu items whenever I’m near here again.

We placed an order in the app and food was ready when we arrived. We had a mishap at the pickup window (our fault and paper bag issue :). Food was replaced within 5 or so minutes. Awesome lady at the pickup window was spectacular. She is a keeper. She even gave our pup a treat A true example of customer service and satisfaction which is lacking at most places these days. The food was great as well. Thank you.

The food tastes good and is fresh and well prepared. The service is horrible 7 times out of 10 I don’t recive what I ordered and workers refuse to give me what I paid for and say I need to buy again and then still I recived the wrong thing. I ordered 6 bone in wings and got boneless with a compley different sauce! Happens just about everytime I’ve went would not reccomend.

First time at the grand haven location. I paid 17$ for two meals, neither of which were spicy tenders like I had asked for. They also gave me a single ranch cup for 2 orders of tenders and 4 orders of fries after I asked for extra.
