Every time I order here online, I ask for my sandwiches to be toasted. They never are. Sign out front says under new management yet they don’t make them how we ordered. They never read the special instructions either. Constantly disappointed with this location time and time again..

Today I seen the Subway sign under New Management, so I went in. The guy that was there, I believe he is the owner. He was so respectful and welcoming. It was a complete turn around from the past 10 years! I’m very happy subway was bought by someone else bc they are doing great! I would definitely come back here now that they are under different management. I love Subway!! Thank you!

Ordered a chicken wrap one day and it was good so I ordered another one (same) a few days later for lunch and it was not wrapped or cut. Nearly impossible to eat. I gave them a tip both times before the food was made. I won’t be wasting my money again by ordering from subway.

Huge shoutout to Christy who is working ALL by herself today (7/5/25) and still had a smile on her face serving customers. Food was epic and even though she was busy she still made sure to ensure quality customer service.

I decided to try the breakfast menu with hopes that the morning crew was better than the evening crew as far as correctly making my order. I was wrong, as usual my order was incorrect. There were three items on each sandwich and they still managed to mess up a very simple order. Very disappointed with the quality as well, Subway has definitely gone down hill in this community.

the girl with the glasses is rude. we was in the drive through for 10 minutes and still didn’t get an answer. we walked in and stood there for a solid 6 minutes until another employee came up. she had airpods in. she needs FIRED !

It was approximately 4:32 when I ordered my food. On the app, it was stated that it would be ready at 4:55, giving them 23 minutes to make 3 simple subs and box 4 cookies. I and my father arrive around 5:10 giving them plenty of time for the order to be made. When we arrived there were at least 4 cars in the drive-through and at least 3-4 people in line waiting. As we got to the front of the line it was made clear they had been “booked” and they hadn’t even started the order. We waited patiently for the food to be made as we are waiting the worker states to us that there is no more of the cookies we ordered, raspberry cheesecake, but as we looked over the rest of the cookies we had ordered was placed in another customers box. As soon as they ask us what we would like instead we reply we would like the double chocolate but once again the rest of that particular cookies were being placed in yet another box for that same customer. We then had to get the plain chocolate chip cookie. After this, we were very disappointed and upset since this hadn’t been the first issue we had with this Subway.
