I’ve honestly always had issues with this pulp specifically. The girls here are always so rude. There will be like 1-2 nice ones and the rest are rude. I think when you hire them here make sure they have a nice and fun personality lol. Never greet anyone- always feel like an inconvenience. Even coming in at 8:35 pm which yeah you guys close at 9 but that should not be an issue. If you guys close at 9 then you close at 9, no one should be in a bad mood because customers are coming in before that

I’m pretty sure it’s a requirement to be as blatantly rude as you possibly can to work here lol. Also said I couldn’t get strawberries on my non blended acai bowl because it’s blended… it’s not blended I watched the girl scoop the acai into the bowl. I clarified that I meant the regular acai bowl and she mumbled no under her breath and walked away. I’m sad robeks closed

Waiting 15 minutes after walking in, first in line, took 15 full minutes of not being acknowledged to finally ask if someone was available to take our order. Yes, they were making smoothies, but an acknowledgment and maybe a “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Rude staff. Tropical Smoothie would never.

Honestly, I’ve never received such a small portion in my life. I’ve had more to eat in a lunchable box. I’ve gotten this wrap a million times and never have I received a 3” long wrap with the wrong wrap even (which is fine) what’s not fine with the fact I got a 3 bite wrap for $6.75.

Usually a wonderful location but some staffing changes a definite disappointment. Very unwelcoming today, girl helping me looked miserable to even be there, so unwelcoming couldn’t even muster a smile to anyone. Definitely rather a different location due to customer service!
