Food came out faster than expected and was delicious! Especially the New York strawberry cheesecake pancakes love them ❤️. Definitely going back to try the Belgian waffle . Milkshake was top notch & the chicken strips had good flavor. Cheese burgers are one of my favorite foods & theirs is definitely worth ordering again. So happy we have an IHOP now !

My husband and I had our meal shortly before 10pm. To say the least we were very disappointed in the food and staff. My husband’s eggs were made wrong, and when asked the server to fix them she acted inconvenienced. The ham Barely had taste. Barely given any gravy for biscuits and gravy. Chocolate shake was very watery and hardly had taste. The coffee was not fresh. We drove an hour to have dinner here and it was definitely the worst food I’ve had from Ihop. $60 for trash. And the server asked if we were tipping. We left a tip, but seriously you dont ask. Definitely will not be back and would not recommend this place.

These people have NO idea what they’re doing. From the front entrance, waitresses, kitchen sending food out on filthy plates. Had to wait 30 mins to get our drinks. They had 2 chance to serve a decent meal to my family. Failed both times. I will not be coming back!

They sat our group in the way back of the restaurant (which ig is fine but it just seemed kinda weird considering there were open seats up front). The waitress we had only seen us a couple times once to give us our drinks and other time to give us our food, we didn’t see her for the rest of the time until we were ready to leave. When we got our food it was underwhelming, none of us liked what we got and I was especially disappointed… I got a biscuit breakfast sandwich and asked for everything to come on the side but when I got it, it was assembled It was also cold and falling apart, it just wasn’t what I was expecting nor asked for. One of the people in our group paid 4$ for a coffee and was vastly disappointed when she was handed a halfway filled cup and no creamer. When we got ready to pay they had our cards for around 15-20min. before coming back and FINALLY giving us our receipts.
Also- The manager happen to be there and we could hear her yelling at those poor waitress/hosts the WHOLE TIME. Eventually she comes out and sits at a booth in the front and starts eating (I assume on her break, no issue there) buut while sitting there criticizing the waitress/hosts as they walk by. HORRIBLE attitude to be had as a manager in a freshly opened restaurant, really set the “tone” for eating at a breakfast place.

Waitress was amazing. Left a generous tip. Baby got some food on the floor. A group of staff were complaing at the front about it pointing vigorously at it. Everytime they walked by they gave dirty looks. Absolutely observed and way too many people at the front doing nothing.

I went to the new IHOP with very high expectations I guess because let me just say they had three hostesses that there was no need for in my opinion and a few others that I was seated near didn’t understand it either they also had three waiters for one itty bitty small section and things were getting confused I also had the worst waiter the food was not good I do not recommend anyone ordering the biscuits and gravy in total I seen my way to three times once in the beginning to get her drink orders wants to get our food order and then wants to bring our food out we had to ask someone to please get our ticket unfortunately this experience was really bad this morning so we are planning to go back at another day because we also understand that on this day their heater went out and there were a few other things going wrong so we are going to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back at a later date and hopefully I can update this post but today our service was extremely poor the food was extremely poor and it was really cold in the store they do need to get some things figured out about sectioning where their waiters go and as far as the hostess staff that we dealt with this morning need to smile a little bit more and be more polite
