Just want to say what an amazing job Golden Chicken Oak Creek did today for my daughter’s birthday!! Tom the manager went above and beyond and provided percent 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star customer service!! We ordered 40 pieces of chicken, 4 pizzas, fries and rolls and the food was great!!! All
My family loved the food!! Was delivered on time and the food was hot!!! There aren’t many places out there that have customer service any more and this place definitely knows how to make you feel like one of a kind. Even had a family member have to call to ask ingredients of the fried chicken and fries for allergy reasons and was given answers immediately and very kind! Definitely need to support this business! Perhaps the worst cheese curds in the state, Super bland. Very little cheese inside, Tasted like something you’d get out of the frozen food section. Cod was the same, Barely edible. Tarter sauce was good but didn’t help fish much. Fries were mid. Chicken was chicken, no seasoning. Overall a place I wouldn’t order from again.

I have to share this, last evening I placed a “pick up” order, when I arrived I was immediately greeted and told it would be a few minutes wait, I didn’t mind since I was early.
Being a business owner I like to observe, well, let me tell you I’ve never seen two employees work together so well and efficient, the young man doing the cooking was in his own zone, and you should be extremely proud of them, the food was delicious but the customer service was remarkable. First time at this location. Only went because my brother gave me a Clipp coupon for Xmas. You need to use a Bucket like Most chicken places. The almost paper thin Box the 8 pieces were in soaked through the box and bag. Going up my stairs once home there was so much grease seeping through the bottom causing about 3 pieces of chicken to fall through on the steps. The fries you get were way over cooked, threw half the bag of those out. Bought a separate 1/2 pint of coleslaw, that wasn’t bad. There is a chicken place near my house that’s been in business almost 40 years, I will stick to them. It cost a little more, but you get more as well. Well I tried your place, that’s all I can say.

Every Friday we order golden chicken. We have been doing this for more than a year. I order 4 piece chicken dinner. I specify all Dark meat twice. I receive 1 drumstick and the rest was white. I don’t like white at all. I ate the leg and the rest in the garbage. I call them to let them know Kim who answer the phone said the manager will look at the camera and if I wasn’t lying I would get another chicken dinner. Of course there was no call back. So they think I was lying. We are a weekly customer and now we will be going somewhere else that gets the order right. You need us more than we need you. We will take our business elsewhere. We spend over hundred a week and you can’t afford to fix the chicken dinner that was messed up by you guys. You won’t be staying in business too much longer at this rate.

This place is ridiculous. I went In and ordered a build a bucket. I wanted 2 breasts and 4 legs. I upgraded to get the roll fries and coleslaw. The lady at the counter said I’ll bring it to ur car. ??????
Um,ok.. the coleslaw wasn’t coleslaw. It was chopped up cabbage and carrots with no liquid and no taste. My breasts were severely overcooked and dry,my legs were undercooked and still half raw. They thew all the chicken on top of the fries,thay were rhe only part of the meal that was done,but got soggy from the greasy undone chicken. I tried calling g to complain but there closed. What restaurant closes at 8 o’clock on a Saturday night. Very disappointed. Worst meal I’ve ever had to pay for. And u had to wait in the parking lot to be this disappointed. Never again
