I have DoorDash several orders from this place couple months ago. I was told that they don’t serve boneless barbecue wings after it’s on their menu. This time the chicken sandwiches were ice cold when I got them granted I’m about five minutes from Popeyes chicken. At Walgreens where I work so I call and tell the manager that the chickens called and he basically called me a liar and said well it looks like it was picked up pretty quickly. I don’t know why it’s cold. It was cold when I got it so now I can’t eat lunch, so therefore I’m calling corporate because basically the manager called me a liar.

Worst service I have ever experienced while going through a drive through. We sat in front of the menu to order for 10 minutes before we got a response. When we finally made it to the window, they forgot my sweet tea and our sauce, and also took another 15 minutes to bring the food to us. Maybe if there weren’t 5 employees sitting down doing nothing in the dining area they could get people out of there in under 20 minutes. WORST FAST FOOD IN SULPHUR SPRINGS!!

I went to this place February 25th was in line for a little over 20 minutes and they were not busy. I got the five piece chicken strip with fries and a drink. I said something to the lady about being in line for so long and she said nobody showed up today, she said she tried to call her boss, but the boss ignored her after the 20 minute wait my food wasn’t even hot. I think that boss needs to be fired if they ignored the coworker like she said. And by the way, the lady at the window was very nice

Service was a little slow when they first open up as is expected. However now it has sped up quite a bit. The food is outstanding as it always has been from Popeyes, the people are friendly over all. Anyone who has ever asked me what the best fried chicken is, I always say Popeyes, there is no competition.
