Used a coupon so price was very reasonable and food was delicious/correctly made. Order was not ready on-time for my carryout order when the app said it would be ready. While waiting inside, staff was a little inappropriate–sounded like conversations workers should have behind closed doors, not in front of customers waiting a few feet away. Seating for pick up was very limited.

I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 2 of them looked disastrous! One of the pizzas didnt have any cheese and the other pizza looked as if they just threw pounds of cheese. 6 people on the clock and didnt appear to be busy because few employees were leaning on the prep table and shelving area. I expected more from Dominos especially in the small town of Louisa. I will probably order again under new management because as a business owner and Chamber Of Commerce Board Member, this locations training is at stake!

I was extremely disappointed with my order today. Before I placed an order of 50 pizzas I asked if they would be able to complete the order by the stated time. They confirmed the time and still did not have all of the pizzas ready at the pickup time. Then the guy who was a manager argued with me and said that he would have the pizzas done by a later time which was a lie. I was feeding co-workers so time was definitely a big factor here. Secondly, there were many complaints about how horrible the pizza was. Majority of the order was burt, barely any sauce or cheese. Pizza was just dry! So much of it was wasted. Just because I placed a big order doesn’t mean you can just throw it together any kind of way. Highly disappointed. The order was over $600 dollars.

Literally terrible services all around. Ordered from here multiple times and always have had an issue with the delivery. It is literally a 50/50 chance they will deliver it to you with no issues. Ordered from here last week twice with not issue, but just got off the phone with someone saying I was now “outside of the delivery radius”… last time I checked I didn’t move, yet have to wait 2-3 days for a refund. Louisa County Dominos at its finest!

n has been saying that if only Dominos had a stuffed crust pizza and now it is here! It was awesome! We ordered from the Louisa VA location. It was hot and so yummy. The crust was like a pillow and toppings were adequate. Good job, we are sold!

My son order New York style pizza 5 of them were outstanding. Keep up the good work. We have ordered from Domino’s at Zions inside Walmart but there pizza have been dry. It’s was worth the drive the drive to Louisa to get good tasting pizza. I feel our money wasn’t waisted.

I called in and placed an order for 1 medium pizza. I was told 25 minutes so i drove over from Lake Anna to pick it up. I arrived for my pickup just to be told they still needed to put it in the oven and it would be another 20 minutes? Their response was that they were busy all day. I had called and ordered directly from a store employee, why wouldn’t they just say 45-60 minutes?
