First off let me start off by saying we love pizza cat, but today’s experience was the worst we ever experienced by far…. Our waiter was nice but seemed new she didn’t ask what size pizza we wanted just assumed we wanted smalls so that what we got for a family of 4. We ordered a third pizza just so we would be full that pizza came out and had a hair in it…. There were people not in uniform behind the bar in regular clothes, they’re we guys hanging in the back of the place as if this was a bar or club. We did not receive plates til we asked for them. The place was just VERY unprofessional i really don’t know if we will return to one of our favorite pizza places again because of this. We have been to almost every pizza cat dine in location, the first location downtown the ann arbor location and now this one so we’ve been a fan for a while but like I said I really don’t know if we will be coming back. My reputation with food reviews speaks for it self so believe me when I say what I say about this experience. The person who was running the place walked by didn’t greet any customers or ask how their experience was going. So if you go to the new location like I did just be prepared for the unknown. P.s. for some reason I can’t upload the pictures but I tried.

Dope Spot. Closer location to me now w/o having to go directly in the middle of Downtown or drive to Royal Oak (especially on Friday/Sat nite). There’s an attached bar ….you can place your drink order, then head next door to sit & eat your pizza, they will bring your drinks to you. It’s clear they just recently opened, so they still got a few cosmetic touches to make, but cool spot to eat, drink, chill, watch a game, or take in the views over Jefferson Ave.

I love the ambiance. I went at lunch time…..will return in the evening if the live music, sitting and drinks. A little pricier than the previous Pizza cat down here.

Good food but the service was terrible. We got scolded for trying to order at the kiosk, told to sit, and then ignored for a half an hour. Once they finally acknowledged us, they asked for our order without giving us a menu to look at, having us rely on our phones to look at the menu. I ordered a Bacon, Ham and Pineapple pizza and instead of bacon they gave me pepperoni.

Very yummy thin crust Detroit style pizza. The pizza was super soft, but the crust was sooo crispy and crunchy. The flavors were good, but oily so be prepared! They had nice comfy suits and some calm music playing. Good vibes over all

I hate writing reviews. I really rarely do. But this is probably the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to in my life. I’d enjoy a $1.29 3 minute microwave pizza from Kroger more than what I got for over $16 with automatic gratuity here. It’d be the same size, I’d know what I’m getting, and it wouldn’t be swimming in grease. Service was slow and we could see our waitress chatting at the bar for at least 15 minutes. The music was so loud I couldn’t talk to the person I came with, she literally gave up on talking at a point frustrated. It was loud, then a DJ went on the decks and it got louder. Utter disappointment. I didn’t think I could feel this ripped off.

In addition to excellent pizza, you’ll also find excellent service at this Pizza Cat location. I had a great experience. There was a minor issue with a delivery order (a slightly smaller size than what I ordered). The general manager, Kevin, went above and beyond to correct it and make things right, when most businesses probably wouldn’t have taken the time to acknowledge it. We worked out a time for me to come in and pick up a corrected order, and Kevin handed it to me himself. A really thoughtful gesture, and interactions like this deserve to be highlighted. Incredible service. So thank you Kevin and thank you Pizza Cat!

The pizza could be a medium instead of a personal pan for 26 dollars… the vibe was okay but the waiters was all over the place you had to pick them out of the crowd…also they charge you to come into the restaurant and the liquor is skimpy for the price.
