I’m honestly surprised by some of the bad reviews because my experience at this Subway has been nothing but amazing. I come in almost every morning to grab my sub for lunch, and the staff always has it ready and prepared for me. The customer service is top-notch—fast, friendly, and welcoming. There’s a sweet girl who is always there to greet me with a smile, and I wish I had gotten her name because she truly brightens my mornings. The food is always fresh, and my order is perfect every time. Hands down, this is the best Subway in town! Highly recommend!

There was a young lady cleaning the counters with a red bucket and wiping the sliver pans that the meat was in and the towl was touching the food then she was really unpleasant like she didn’t want to be there just not a good feeling that the staff don’t care when people pay for the food

I came to this Subway on the eclipse day. I was there first, and waited for service in front of the counter. There was a white couple walked into the store and cut in line without asking me.
The woman started to order. The female employee served the woman. At the same time, the African American employee just came and asked me what do I want for the bread.
The white couple just got so mad, and started to yell at the African American employee. They are like “hey, we started the order, and why all the sudden you helped her?!” The African American employee didn’t reply them after apology to them while he didn’t do anything wrong!
It certainly to me that the white couple are racist. Because I’m an Asian. If they got a white people in front of them, they would have asked, and they would probably say nothing!
At the same time, I feel bad for the African American employee who is working there. I feel bad that I didn’t stand out for him. He did a good job at work.

This place is pretty clean and staff is usually nice. Subway in general as a whole has decreased in quality. Your sandwich is mostly bread, the portions they give are pretty small. I have to say more like 3 times because they sprinkle tiny amounts of vegetables. It’s the companies fault not the employees. Subway corporation please do better!

Came into this location with a friend. I asked for a Italian 6inch with turkey and American cheese. The guy making the sandwich totally ignored me and put pepperonis after I corrected him, He got mad and started throwing everything. I got home and started eating my sandwich as I take a bite and find this in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting, I I think it’s the cap to the mayo not sure but this place needs better employees…

This locatuon is kind of hidden and we just realized recently it was there. We normally drive to loves subway. We have been here twice and both times they were polite the place was clean. I haven’t been to Subway in years and figured I give it another chance. First let me say the person who served me was very polite. I ordered a tuna sandwich. It was horrible. The bread was stale and hard, I could only eat half of the bread, pick out the tuna with my chips. No wonder she asked me if I wanted it toasted. I should have suspected a problem when no one was in there. Their bread is horrible no matter where you go and that’s why I stayed away so long. I’m done with Subway.
