What a waste of money. Don’t go. Their cheese curds taste old, and most were EMPTY. No cheese inside. Such a disappointment. Their root beer floats always barely have any ice cream in it as well, and I asked for extra ice cream in mine. They charged me extra for that. Ridiculous

Been here few times during my lunch with the manager guy he is really nice and the food was good. Went just right now and this guy named Kevin did a poor job at taking my order and they really just threw my food into the bag. The fries were everywhere in the bag and the burger wrappers literally ripped through and poorly wrapped. It’s upsetting. No need to be rude and rushing when we’re literally the only customers in line.

After spending $29 for our food, and waiting 15 mins inside where we ate. Fries were soggy and not even hot, they had NO MUSTARD FOR MY CORNDOG, and the mini corndogs were also not even hot or crispy ( was like they sat under a light all day) we will NEVER BE BACK! a bunch of kids in there that aren’t helpful and not paying attention to detail or any means of customer service. What has this place come to? It’s a disaster, WHO SELLS CORNDOGS AND DOESNT CARRY MUSTARD???? TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!

I used to like coming here a lot because they were really good, fast and courteous. I just waited in line for 30 minutes to order a Papa Burger and a root beer float and then when I got to order my food the person on the other end was really rude to me. It’s been about 45 minutes now and I’m still waiting to get my food. I can’t leave cuz I can’t back up. There’s four cars behind me and of course the car is in front of me aren’t leaving. The owners to really need to reconsider the management they put in place here. It’s hella dirty inside. It’s nasty on the outside and the people are rude. I’ll be taking my business to another a&w from now on

The restaurant is clean and nice.
The food is what you’d expect. It hasn’t changed at all but the prices have gone up.
The people working here are the worst. Two employees talking in the kitchen while one lady ran around doing everything.
One male took my order. When I got to the window the lady had said that it wasn’t inputed correctly and had to retake my order. The same male was chatting with another male while she ran around cooking and taking orders. I had to pull out front and the 2nd male began eating after 5 minutes of me sitting. A 2nd female walked out and gave me my food.
Those poor lady’s had to do all the work. I get one was about to go on break but that doesn’t mean you distract the other employee working. It goes with out saying what people were working and those who weren’t.

Worst experience but at least the runner was trying. The drinks were all flatter then my flat tire last week. The runner brought us out new drinks, but they were still flat. The drinks were also warm. The sandwiches somewhat cold. They had forgot to give us a fry, but the runner returned a third time to give us that. They also got rid of the papa burger special. Overall not a good experience.

This was my first time eat at A&W. I was promptly greeted with a smile by Martha at the counter. She was quick efficient and very professional. I ordered an A1 combo with a sauce substitute. My food came out almost immediately. It was hot and fresh. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and crisp. The fries were also perfect. I managed a fast food restraint for 6 years and also have extensive experience in customer service both as a representative and a call center manager. Martha is a shift leader and definitely deserves the title if not more. The store was clean and the other employees seemed happy. All of this is a DIRECT reflection on the management at this location. The leadership here is doing it right.
I spoke with Martha’s manager and was sure to let her know that Martha is doing a great job and that she sets a great example to the other employees. I will definitely be revisiting this location when I’m in the area. This is how you build repeat customers! Please consider giving Martha a raise and/or a promotion because she is an absolute asset to your business. You don’t find talented and motivated employees like her often.

Accidentally overcharged my order and forgot some potato wedges, I didn’t notice until I got home. Called and they were able to refund the difference and offer the missing food and more. Haven’t had an issue other than the drive through being full of cars. Food quality and accuracy is near perfect, and the only issue I’ve had over the years had been perfectly handled.

Terrible service, we ask the person taking our order to please add the two water cups to our order, she didn’t add the cups to the order as we seen on the Receipt. We ask ask the lady at the pickup order station for the water cups she said go to the filling station but she never gave us the water cups to get water. The tenders were room temperature didn’t taste fresh and we had to ask for sauce since they didn’t put It In our bag(we paid for the sauces.
